So this was all because the joker had depression
The real winner of this War was Kite Man.
Let's be honest: deathstroke would kick deadshot's ass but the only reason that didn't happen is because dc doesn't want to kill a basic suicide squad character
Now I take back all of my Kiteman jokes
I'm seeing a lot of people in the comments say that they disliked the story, but I thought it was great. It was cool seeing a war breakout between the Gotham villains. I also like how Batman had to actually work with some of the villains to stop the fighting instead of doing the typical punching and detective stuff. The Joker not being able to laugh was an interesting choice, but it made for a neat take on the character. That seen in Wayne Manor was also great. Most of all, I absolutely love what they did with Kite Man, making him both sympathetic and silly.
who else tries to solve the riddlers riddles ?
I can see why people would think Bats dark moment was meh. Within the context of the character, it does. Bats prides himself on being in control, so for him to have a moment where he went for a kill shot, that is an ego bruise for him. He thinks he is better then them, so to have that moment where he could have been like them, tough pill to swallow.
"Hell yeah." I never realized just how truly badass Kite Man could be.
you missed the most important part... Penguin points out that Falcone's mom lives three hours away
I personally feel this was a filler story and the writer wanted to tell a Joker and Riddler story. Catwoman pretty much said what we all were thinking. "who cares?" I get it. Batman is meant to be incorruptible but he's also meant to be a mortal man with faults. After hearing that Riddler caused all this death and destruction for a riddle, hell yeah you'd be ready to end him. Not that big of a deal in the grand scheme of things.
Bruce: "and thats my story."
I could swear Catwoman would answer with "Hell Yeah"
Catwoman should've answered Batman's marriage proposal with "Hell Yeah!" Lol
How it should've gone
So Bruce is really telling this story, while banging Catwoman...Hell Yeah!
How they managed to turn Kiteman's origin into something so gut-wrenching...
And now all DC fans are gonna start saying "hell yeah" every time they hear Kiteman's name
the last part - of riddler telling joker his plan is really heart touching
Kite man is the hero this city needs
I always thought Riddler would've been more interested in the question that even real people don't have an answer to.
