- I'm so glad i didn't buy these luxury items!!.. Sometimes we look back and reflect on certain things we once wanted but no longer want. These are my things!!

When I first saw the dad sandals, I thought no way I’m gonna look comfortably fashionable, or it’s not my style coz I’m an Oran or sandals user, in that but guess what, it’s almost been a year and it is my most worn shoes like literally no label anymore on the inside and I had to force myself to give it a rest. I became too comfortable that I’d probably use it with a gown on 😂 I guess that’s how you get a new comfort zone when it comes to clothing or fashion. Nothing in the fashion show will fit your style until you worn it or at least try.
Same! As a girlie who loves a dainty dress, the chypre sandal adds a coolness to an otherwise “too pretty for the occasion dress”. They allow me to wear more items in my wardrobe by dressing them down. 😍

I have to say, my heart broke a little when you said “Oh, Prada does these as well”, regarding the serial number. (I’m a nurse, so I probably shouldn’t even dream about owning a Birkin, but I bought my first Prada earlier this year and I was so proud of it. Now it feels a bit like Dollar General ).

Totally get it. I’ve not been inspired to buy a lot of things either lately. Had a long discussion with a few friends regarding if they really wanted or needed things versus if they were trying to make up from the past of not being able to get those things. I also have that conversation with myself too. I’ve always been drawn to classic things but wore them in my own way and that’s my style. I have pieces from my early 20s that I can still wear with my personal stamp on them and they look current and new. Also took a good look at what I have and realized I have a great selection for my personal life style and work style so it’s rare I see something I really want. It makes it easier to immediately know whether I truly want something I see because it fits me or if I’m just seeing it everywhere and on someone else and it looks good on them.❤

I used to have the Avalon blankets and set on our sofa and my husband places it in our room every time our guests come because people kept on using it and he thought it was going to get ruined 😂😂😂 now we just put it on our massage chair 😅 I guess age doesn’t matter 😂 I totally understand the fendi!!! LOL I'm dying!!!... That would legitly be me in that situation, i'd be your husband!! Because nobody else in the house will care and if i complained my husband will look at me and say 'why would you spend so much money on something you don't plan on using'..To which i'd have to respond, its there to look pretty not to be used, unless its by me!!! 😂😂😂😂 xx
I was like you about the Celine Triomphe bag. Although I think it’s a beautiful bag still, I didn’t buy it as I think it will look dated like the Gucci Marmont bag now, the logo is too in-your-face and I think I’d grow sick of it one day. And same with the Avalon blanket and cushions. Still high on my to-buy-list but my kids are still kids (even though one is older than yours), I would still be scared that they will eat chocolate and wipe their hands on the pillows and blanket, but the issue is, these go up in price. I plan to buy it soon, put it away and get it out when they’re 18! 😁

We got covers made for our radiators. Something like that would be better than changing the radiator. But also, who cares. It’s there to heat the room and as long as it does that.. ignore the (petty) haters.
