The Ford has more bark on a cold start start up and is louder and most definitely revs faster!! Your truck is absolutely beautiful and sounds perfect!! I will say I like the crispness of the Chevy shifts over the Ford… loved how baby squat clipped off those shifts! L…A…R…R…Y…!!!
Give me the 5.3 idle with the 5.0 WOT!!!! Haha but overall the 5.0 sounds a touch better IMO. This is coming from a guy with a 17 z71 (Baby Squat with no squat) who is through and through a GM truck guy. Great video Chase. The editing, filming etc!

From your experience is there a big difference in your daily driving between the 5.3 and 6.2. All opinions and pros and cons are welcomed. My daily usage will be just normal driving with a few loads every now and then of bag mulch/compos etc. Long road trips. Thanks in advance. Again thanks for all your videos and keep them coming! Oh yeah, is it worth it just getting a muffler over a catback with or without an intake?
I've been a chevy guy my whole life, but you really got me looking at f150s.. I plan on getting a 2015ish truck this year. I used to have a 2017 Silverado and loved its power and body style. I just don't want to regret having a ford lol

I have a '21 F150 5.0 with a Gibson exhaust. I'd have to say the 5.0 liter sounds better. I may be biased but to my ears the 5.0 wins. Thanks for the video.

GM my whole old life, duramax is an 05 and thought id get something for around town... picked up a platinum F150 5.0 well tomorrow anyhow... life is short explore a little lol, actually the deciding factor is it is used with 20k miles and its gold certified which gives me 7yr 100k mile drive train and 12/12k comprehensive.. I will be tricking it out eventually even add the supercharger im sure... but after warrantee... and yes ive had my Dmax forever and trouble free for 250k miles baby and im going to restore and freshen it up while i burn up the ford

On Chevy it’s crazy the difference between my 5.3 an his. granted mine is 18 like baby squat with long tubes,cat delete, flowmaster an a single out that looks factory. But it sounds very different…. Alright I’ll say it I don’t like how his 5.3 sounds.. least on camera 🤷♂️ gotta get some tubes on both an try again 😂
And plus on that note I know you're not real big on the pipes coming straight out the fact that when I you first talk the board and you put those python it I don't remember what the name was but I think it was better than those little B B but still sounds good

5.0 sounds ridiculously good, and better in my opinion. These newer gen 5.3's just don't have the sound like coyotes do.
