Technically she is not. She is not signing ASL here. She is signing Pidgin Signed English. It is physically impossible for your brain to process two languages at once. PSE is ASL signs with English grammar.
This is literally how any deaf or hard of hearing person communicates even if they are capable of enunciating spoken language. Whether it’s with friends, family, in an interview, in a professional environment, in school. They either sign or sign while speaking. This is her primary language and she probably expresses herself and feels more comfortable through signing more than she does verbal communication. Damn. I guess deaf people, their struggles, and their lifestyle are of zero interest to most people until something goes viral and you idiots are suddenly “all ears.”

This woman is incredible!!! Watching her performance, and it WAS a performance, was incredible in itself!! Hearing her explain her reasons for moving and signing the way she did just makes what she did, and how she did it, so much better!! There's videos on here, FB, Insta and TT of deaf people watching her signing, and by the end, they're starting to dance! So she did it! She brought the music to life for them, and that is an incredible thing to do with your life. She needs to be at every televised concert/show etc, don't what she did, because it was amazing!! This lady is about to be big. REAL big. And she deserves everything that comes with it! Go girl!! The whole world loves you❤❤❤
