How many dollars per pound for beef is Butcher box? I’ve been watching videos of people who buy 1/2 & 1/4 cow. It cost them after it’s packaged and everything about $5.80 - $7.50 per pound depending on location.
If you don’t buy it on sale, it’s current price is eight dollars a pound for ground beef. In the past we have done a quarter cow from a local farm… Which was amazing. And I hope to do that again sometime in the future.
