Kudos to you for going though when you feel sluggish it wrecks everything, like a whole Domino effect. it’s honestly 50/50 for me I like 24hr fitness or specialized activity/training. 💜🤗 I like your approach going without a goal just building the habit and desire for it to feel better and functionality. I felt it when you said we not young anymore (in regards to the gym) getting back into moving my body has definitely been a challenge and every time i work out im irritated that I stopped but then i feel amazing after sweating it out. its ghetto but worth it 😂😂😂cheers to the journey 🥰

Excersize helps with my sleep and focus. Im around a lot of elders and the ones who keep moving are the happy ones. With the way the world ia going, you need to keep strength up. Dont forget to do mobility routine! Its been 2 years since i lost my god sister to car accident. Driving with no real goid public transportation is another tax on us.
