IS THERE OTHER LIFE IN SPACE??? DO ALIENS REALLY EXIST ??

Our universe is seemingly infinite. There are about a hundred billion stars, one of which is our sun, two hundred billion galaxies in our universe and probably billions of habitable planets like Earth. If our universe is teeming with life, why haven't we met them so far? Shouldn't space be teeming with other life, and we should have met at least one of them by now. Where are they all? This is called the Fermi Paradox.
