Those will be short these will be long =D next time we go over turn play and what you can do with your turn =D aka summons

haven't played Yu-Gi-Oh! since i was 12. even then, the game was evolving faster than i could keep up with.
I've played Yu GI Oh back in 05 I only the old school way to play the game idk why they change the rules up a little bit

Hey for your Tribute Summon Monsters do you put it in the extra deck or your main deck?

When I played, there weren't tokens or white/black cards and it was pretty basic.
I've been interested in starting it up again but my friend plays and he has cards that have paragraph long effects and he can do combos that makes the game only last a couple turns and I'm like "what the hell just happened??"

well its not confusing to me for i just have to use my obleisk the tormentor or my the winged dragon of ra or my Slifer the sky dragon
hey can you be in battle phase attack with 2 monsters then xyz attack in same turn ?
level 7+ monsters require 2 tributes to summon am I correct? And if I am correct, how do i go about it? Do i have to place both cards on the field to be able to tribute them? say I want to summon a level 7 dark magician, do i have to normal summon a card one turn, let the opponent have a turn, then summon another monster my next turn, then tribute them both for my dark magician? or do I simply just tribute the two monsters from my hand to summon the dark magician? please help. Thanks.
so I wanna play the order style with friends, Is the extra considered fusion? and if i wanted to be competetive completely playing by the rules would it have to be 15 fusions? thanks

Why are the cards White?
When you said 40 cards in the deck, does that include extra cards too? Or can I have 40 regular cards and a bunch of extras?
I'm just gonna stick with my Pokemon cards XD this is too confusing. I was thinking about going into yugioh but Pokemon is so much simpler. if you could dumb it down a bit even more that would be great. tribute, normal, special.....??????

+travlingirl productions it's rather easy once you just play with someone a couple times.
The main reason of it's inaccessibility is due to the fact that most guides for the game are either too dumbed down or too complicated.
They should just lay things out as they are and let people figure it out for themselves. No need to tailor things for beginners. As soon as the beginners understand the guides made for beginners he will again be confused by everything else on his way forward. So he can't progress. Just write things as they are. The only additional information that needs to be written specifically for beginners is to let them know it's probably going to take some time until they finally figure it out.
We need to get rid of this "baby steps" mentality from our society. Even babies don't learn to walk by taking one step after the other. I know a couple toddlers who figured out how to walk by taking multiple steps at once(and then not knowing how to stop lol).

Hope someone can help me.. so I just wanna be sure, you can normal summon once a turn and a tribute counts as a normal summon? and can all your on the field monsters attack on the same turn? Is there no limit to how many direct attacks one can do?

+Darwin's Fox no you can not, tribute is a form of normal summon so you would have to wait until next turn to tribute

you cant summon 4 star monstars normally?
u can but if it's level 5 or 6 u tribute one monster on the field. if it is level 7 or higher u need two tributes.

That thing definitely has a lot of potential. Huge stats, a good lockdown from your hand, and an incredibly dangerous effect IF you can manage to summon her. Because The problem might be getting her out to begin with. I don't know much about the Nekroz archetype, so this might be difficult? I dunno.

That's nothing. I have the unbeatable Exodia and all its parts. You can't use the god cards in local tournaments but if you have a sibling or friend who plays the game, well go for it. ;-)
There are legal playable versions of them (albeit slightly weaker than in the anime for obvious balancing purposes)
Their not that hard to get considering that you can buy a box that has all of them which I have unfortunately I didn't understand that you couldn't use them in tournament play so I bought that instead of a deck starter

In real life the blue eyes isnt very rare unless you have the first editon of Kaiba's Blue Eyes that card is pretty rare
You do know it's not like the show right?... The blue eyes white dragon is a really common card I have 6 alone.
