Also I’d like to mention that I’m thankful you made this vid, I play guitar too and I’ve been playing for over a year at this point and before the stuff came out about him I would listen to all of his stuff front to back and play it on guitar, he was my main inspiration to play guitar and a lot of the songs I’ve written on my own are heavily inspired by his work, I even learned a bunch of Mammalian Sighing reflex, all of YCGMA, all of WU&IO, and NPS and a bunch of PB and AYA, even the scrapped stuff too, it’s really nice to see people appreciate his work still and obviously not appreciate him, and Ik I already said it but thank you

same thing, i started guitar parcially because of him and it was a very big inspiration for most part of my musical journey, when i saw everything that happened i just wanted to cover all of them for one last time. thank you very much for this, awesome to see doing what i thought about. success for u, u play the guitar very well!!!

I love this. I hate how everyone just hates Lovejoy now. All because of one person.
It’s not just because of will???? Ash has made many and I mean MANY offensive comments against certain races, religions, minors, and more (Cynic snacks) and even under the name ash kabosu) While Will is just a disgusting person both his and ash’s apologies were abysmal and sucky and even though Wilbur hasn’t addressed it, the fact he is blocking people who are discussing the R@pe allegations against him says enough. More than that Wilbur has also made his fair share of racist comments (in the nice guy ballad, although as a black person imo in the satire context is funny). Also the screensaver mention of saying he’s hitler or just as bad as hitler which is extremely offensive to Jewish people, and even “used” to be a white supremacist also let’s not forget Wilbur and Joe go way back, they both have know eachother for years and Wilbur never told Joe about at least one small bit of anything? And another reason why people hate lovejoy is that no one in lovejoy has made any sort of statement about Wilbur’s actions, and that silent speaks a lot because wouldn’t you want to distance yourself from somebody who’s an abuser, who’s a r@pist, and overall a terrible person? for example in the smiths everybody in that band explicitly said, they don’t like morriesy (lead singer) they don’t agree with what he says or what he does (thus came the saying I love the smiths but I hate morriesy) and if you wanted you could say that about lovejoy IF everybody in lovejoy dissociated with Wilbur and said “I don’t agree with his actions, I don’t agree with his points of view we do not wish to be associated with Wilbur any longer” but they haven’t and don’t get me wrong I’ve been a diehard Wilbur fan since 2020 and I love all of his music, if you put a gun to my head and played me a random officially released Wilbur or lovejoy song I could probably sing it by heart, but that does not mean I agree with his actions or any of lovejoy’s actions at all, but I will still cherish their artwork in whatever way I can that doesn’t support Wilbur or lovejoy at all

@@buddahdawg4547 so i dont support wilbur or shelby i am natural on this as of now yet if the r@pe your taking about is from alices story that was proved to be fake and most of the pictures are photoshopped and wilbur and the band are all on a label also the white supremacist stuff was when he was a teenager and going till he was 18 or 19 so quite a few years ago now but please do correct me if i get anything wrong also with the racist comments the screensaver one was bad and i dont have anything else to say on it other then he shouldnt have done it yet the bad guy ballad he removed the lyric and replaced it and it was in a satirical way.
