And they have done some really odd things with his story - he died, he gained krypotanian powers, he has tried to kill all of the bat family at some point it seems. I prefer Dick Grayson and Tim Drake - both unique and great in their own ways.
Nah Damian is easily the best. Part of the reason why is BECAUSE he was a brat. He was awful when he first appeared but actually developed as a character unlike cardboard cutout gary stu tim drake@@Arkhangel99
Sleeper hit for me. Didn't think he was going to be articulated enough. I thought because of his frame, mezco would give us single joint articulation as they do with every female figures.
The entire figure is waaaay too big, especially the head. It just looks two sizes too large and doesn't resemble a teenager, can't fit him in any 1/12 display.
It doesn’t scale with any of the figures it was compared to. It might fit better with 1/10 scale like McFarlane. Of course the line is supposed to be “1:12 Collective”. 🙄
Thank you, this review was great. I just started making stop motion and this Robin looks great but i have a lot of Mafex, SH and some Legends, in your comparison he didn’t match that well with Mafex unfortunately. I am happy i saw this first before buying one. Great video.
Out of all the Robins that Batman took in, My personal favorite is Dick Grayson especially for the classic OG Batman and Robin team up, However, Damian Wayne is cool very but I don't need him and cool review.
For me, its the hood being way too thick and it wont stay down (either that or it completely blocks the neck joint :( ) But this is relatively minor tbh Also, may I ask what do you use to get rid of the face paint rub? Mine has them as well, and never dealt with this issue before :o
Definitley too big but still awesome. A great Damian figure through and through. And my first Mezco. Definitley not going far into the line but I will need a Batman to pair with him. I will say that I wish that they had included an alternate cape either without a hood altogether or the hood sewn permanently down. Because the way they did it doesnt really cut it for hood down poses.
Damn, I was thinking on buying a mezco robin and a mafex nightwing but now it doesn’t seem to work great. Do you by any chance have the nightwing from the dc multiverse two pack to compare with him?
Hey you mentioned using something for the bleeding on the headsculpt. Just noticed my figure has the same problem. What do you use? And how much of it is needed?
Would you by chance know of any paint that matches with his yellow? There seems to be some chipping around the hood from my figure 🙁. I take good care of my figures so I have no idea how it happened. it happened the same day it was delivered.... why Mezco why
My one question is that, why do they have to start with Damian out of all Robins?! Why can't they do Dick Grayson to pair with Golden Age Batman or Batman in general? They could have done Tim too...well, at least I won't be missing out on this guy. Hopefully we get Dick soon as Robin before Nightwing.

Gotta praise D Amazing for making me want a figure when I’m trying to save money.
I am hoping for a Mafex Tim Drake, as they seem to scale the best these days. And even members of the bat family have said Tim is the best Robin.

Really hope mafex makes a Tim Drake. He was in more issues of Hush then Nightwing
