The pressures of leadership and deployments can affect us in different ways. Wish they would have reached out. There is life after the military.

@@ryan5758 Depends on the chain of command and type of unit. Also, every service-member responds differently during active duty. You'd be surprised.

@@ryan5758 Yeah, that's why you have to take time away (leave) and get a break. That's how I was able to cope.
