No live drumms on songs that dont need 'em, attention to details, brilliant EQ: thats all there was back when AW was still a part of the group. I can comprehend,why Dave's voice sounds so muted and dull nowadays (age, usage of voice druggs back in the 90s), but i absolutely cannot comprehend, why having all of this modern high quality equipment, they somehow manage to sound live worse, than they were in 1984.
