#1 in the World for Quality of Life: Grenoble France

Grenoble France is the city with the highest quality of life in the World, according to Oxford Economics, which ranks the the 1,000 largest cities in various categories. As an expat who moved to Grenoble with my wife, teenage children, and dog 4 years ago, I discuss my impression of the city vis-a-vis the ranking.
