Rebonding Foam Plant: Meant to utilize scrap foam into useful sheets and mattresses.
Process: Shred the scrap foam into small pieces, then mix with a chemical. After mixing , compress the mixture into a rectangular mould then pass steam to cure the chemical. In this way, a rebonding block is made which can be further cut into pieces and sheets
