WHERE IS NEPHI FROM?
I am Nephi Acaling. I am native to Bacolod City in the Philippines but in the recent years I have been moving and living in different countries like Singapore, Japan and the US due to the nature of my work. I was in the US when I started this channel but I am currently in Indonesia thus the confusion to some where I am truly based.
MUSICAL BACKGROUND
Former band vocalist of Akita performing at K-Pub in Ayala Cebu, Philippines (2019-2020)
Former band vocalist of Big Three Band performing in Yokohama 7, Yokohama, Japan (2014-2016).
Former member of the Filipino Voice Symphony (2010-2011) where I was taught by professional chorale singers (e.g. former soprano from UP Madrigal Singers). Our singing group actually bagged the Gold Medal in the International A cappella Championships held in Singapore in 2011.
Former university choir and singing trainer at Technological University of the Philippines Visayas.
WHAT IS THE GREATER GOAL?
My mission is to promote music among different regions and try to make people from different countries relate to each other through music and singing. I have always believed that even small gestures in understanding similarities and differences towards others actually lead to greater awareness about countries and their people.
In this modern world full of things that divide humanity, it is but perfect to put efforts in re-uniting and building bridges among all of us.

The event postponed from last year due to covid 19 , Thats why it called Dubai Expo 2020 . Attended by Mr. President and some minister from Indonesia , Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and his contigent as well also some indonesian people who worked in Dubai as well .

This event watched by President of Indonesia, Mr. Jokowi and the Prince of Dubai and many high profiles from Dubai and Indonesia who involved in Dubai Expo. many of Indonesian working migrants were there to see the performance of Indonesian traditional dance and of course Lyodra as the only singer involved.
🇮🇩 "Indonesia Pusaka" is one of national anthem of Indonesia composed by Ismail Marzuki in 1942, there's no original singer to this song ❤️
The lyrics is so emotional, it's about how wonderful Indonesia is. And how we love everything about it. This the place where we live & love. And the last line "tempat berlindung di hari tua sampai akhir menutup mata" means "this is the safe place to grow old till we finally close our eyes (die)❤️
