You need to look at growth rate, Yi Sang 000 has a growth rate of .86 the highest out of any character Which means he is going to shine at level 30 He has around +10 more offense than his 00 which will give him around +2 to base rolls

@@DoctorDiggs Prydwengg gives stats at level 30 His offense level for his 000 skills is Offense Level For 000 41 For 00 Offense level 32 This means that if they clash versus a enemy with 30 Offense You get +1 on rolls for every 5 points difference So 000 would get +2 while 00 will get +0 The Offense level is represented by a sword icon in game, while the defense level is represented by a shield If you are defending its going to use defense skill, it's going to use the shield as your defense level This is why bringing level 1 characters to chap 3 is not recommended
Nice video Diggs, but I notice that your video cam blocks the 3rd skills, which I think could be fix by moving the graph down since there is some free space below. The video cam is also blocking the EGO and sanity cost too, just a heads up!
