I own a 9-3ss aero stage 3 as well, everything is from maptun and it has a stage 3+ tune from maptun with around 270hp and 460nm torque. I do wonder about the spark plugs though. I saw in your video you used ngk bcpr7es spark plugs, do they work well with your stage 3 tune? I want to change plugs on mine now but I'm unsure which plugs work good with my tune. Here in Sweden, the tuners recommend bcpr7es only if its ethanol or biopower converted, which mine isn't. So I'm wondering how do those plugs work for you? And your car is not ethanol converted right?

- Little cheaper,higher quality. - The mount it used only in 2.8 engines. - it was 3 products of 3M,don t remember exactly the names - Next time maybe take the Brembo. -The sound it s not noisy at all.But you can hear the deep bass..

Thats how its done! But damn thats alot of nm! I am tuning my 9-3 linear but, with td04L-16t, 3" all the way, alu intercooler and Maptun 450+ clutch. I still only get about 270whp and 420nm... Running 9-5 turbine wheels with michelin pilot sport 225/45 17". Its an old video but thats some awesome work you did! Gives me what i need to finish my projekt!
@@werner-gunterschmidt1619 its a Spec 450+nm clutch bought from Maptun. It is buttersmud! Even better than my original one. Remember to change the slave cylinder too!

i have the saab 9-3 vector 2.0 biopower 270 hp with stage 4, but i did not get the intercooler. do you think an intercooler would increase power to 280 hp?
without the intercooler the temperature gets too high and ecu reduce the power to protect the engine. With the intercooler you will not achieve 280 hp but you will use the 270 hp that you already have everytime you want.
Django Perro de Presa Django Perro de Presa i'm looking at the stage 4 BSR for my 2.0t 175hp auto which is about 260-270hp, BSR offers new plugs, complete exhaust system, spark plugs, new turbo with new lines for it, What else should i get myself after what they add? Intercooler, brakes, what else? Also are intercooler and new brakes a must have at the start if i'm not going to be pushing the car alot? I will get those eventually but it'll be costly to get at once as the stage 4 package is like 3k eur
@@perks719 No,it' s the stock turbine.Generally i have ghange or upgrade ONLY what you see in the video from the stock stuff.So everything that you don t see changing or upgrading in the video is stock!
@@djangoperrodepresa6161 there is no way you made over 500Nm on stock TD04L14T. Someone made mistake. I have 16T and i think around 460Nm would be possible. Sorry for my English. I really think u have 100Nm less. Also 280KM on this turbo indicates that AFR is dangerously close to 14.7.

ngk bcpr7e are pretty good sparks plugs for our 9-3 turbo monsters!

Storm Saylor just use r1 concepts. Beautiful rotors and they last a good amount of time and they’re cheap

What clutch did you end up going with? Is that a spec?

modifications to hold out the extra power.

Is that a 5-speed or 6-speed? I read the 5-speed f35 is only good for 350nm.
It s 6 speed manual transmition
The 5 speed can run 600 nm without a problem lol. The stock clutch doesnt handle more than around 350nm though.
