I have that same CS cover, and I am also using it as my "purse planner"! Such a happy color! I am trying to downsize from A5 (2023 and prior) to B6 for 2024 and A6 for 2025. I'm retiring next year, so hoping I can just have a single planner in a compact, portable size in 2026, so I've been "experimenting" with the Passport Size, even though it means some duplication between my Desk Planner and my Purse Planner.

Hi! So the cards are PVC badge/id cards. I have them in my Amazon storefront (linked in my description box) in the laminating section. I bought the clear but they come in colors and white as well. And then I just printed labels with my label maker (it should be in the same section of my storefront too) and stuck them on. It's super fast and easy -- I should do a video sharing how I do it - I can add that to my list if that would be helpful!
I completely understand that! Passport is a little small. I will say the 5mm grid is great because I can write in a nice handwriting in this size (smaller grids are too small for me in the passport I find). But you could totally do a similar setup in A6 or bigger TN size too.
