VW Polo (6C) gets a Supreme Sound Upgrade! Audison Sub, Speakers, Tweeters & Alpine iLX-705D + Factory Front and Rear OPS
Within this EPIC episode, we transform this humble yet practical 2016 Volkswagen Polo (6C) and amplify it with some mega sound equipment, an Alpine iLX-705D Headunit and Genuine Front & Rear Optical Parking Sensors.
Through the Alpine iLX-705D system, we have also managed to retain all previous VW Factory Vehicle Menus & all Factory Steering Wheel Functionality.
Within this retrofit, we installed:
- ALPINE ILX-705D DIGITAL MEDIA SYSTEM
- AUDISON PRIMA 8" ACTIVE SUBWOOFER (ENCLOSED BOX)
- AUDISON PRIMA APK 165P COMPONENTS (SPEAKERS & TWEETERS)
- STAGE 1 SOUND DEADENING
- GENUINE FRONT & REAR OPTICAL PARKING SENSORS

in my polo 6c my rear view mirror base has a lot of rattle in it so its anoying when the base is higher. how to fix that?

So is the Alpine speaking to the media unit in the glovebox or was that unit completely removed? I have a 6C with Composition Colour which is not a split system.

I’ve got a line output converter spliced into my factory radio wire for a subwoofer, will the adapter still work for a new radio like the rcd330?

How much was all this? I have the exact same car I’m from Warwickshire and this is perfect I want what this guy got but a better sub
