After all harry learnt how to battle in his 2nd year thanks to snape. Snape not only mastered battles he also was very skilled in healing magic such as saving draco and helping dubledore when he was cursed. He also is skilled in potions and helped lupin deal with being a werewolf. Alastor was amazing when he was younger but still no match for snape. The only skill he had better was he was good at teaching. The trio looked up to him as did tonks. His magical eye also gave him powers not many wizards had. Overall both powerful but snape was the best and underated as a character. Clearly this is someone that just likes the character and the look of his eye.

Seeing as he’d never lost a fight until after he got badly injured against Evan Rosier, tho Moody managed to kill him.
