Many said Woo Jinchul Sucks and he is Trash.... like Bruh, it was Woo Jinchul who saved me from repeating to fight Baruka, He beat the guy with his Ult when I am at my 81 Hp and close to death... My woo jinchul is under-level at that time and yet he Ine Punched Baruka. I use Woo Jinchul Often than not. Imma remember this set once I get him the Yellow gears and accs.

Well done on editing and script. There is just 1 have to ask, what exactly is [break state] ? Do effects that work during break state only activate after you break the toughness bar on a boss, or is it always active against enemies with no toughness bar?
Bosses have a break gauge, you can use the break skills to full up the gauge one the gauge fills up, the boss enters the break state. Under the break state the boos recieves more damage than usual and is unable to move it doesnt take long before the boss replenishes the bar and starts fighting again
This video was made before the burning sets released I’m pretty sure so that’s probably why but 100% burning greed is the best set for jinchul right now

He isn't trash. He is good but lacks range or high output

Out of all the characters I could get in this game...I got a3 Jinchul🥲
At a3 he starts to get good. I have him at a2. He is a good support and elemental breaker. His ULT has damage
To be honest at A3 he’ll be really good but yeah that is unfortunate 😂
