The video is uploaded at 7am (LA 3pm, NYC 6pm, London 11pm. Madrid 12am, Moscow 1am, Jakarta 5am) almost every morning in Korea time.
“Wolhwawon” is a Chinese-style garden created by China's Guangdong Province in China to the west of Hyowon park. It is designed to harmonize buildings and gardens by taking advantage of the characteristics of traditional gardens in Guangdong in China. Among the contents of the "Enforcement Agreement on the Development of Friendship Exchange" signed by Gyeonggi-do and Guangdong Province in October 2003, the traditional gardens of Korea and China began to be built on June 15, 2005 and opened on April 17, 2006.
Suwon[a] (Korean: 수원; Hanja: 水原, Korean pronunciation: [su.wʌn]) is the capital and largest metropolis of Gyeonggi-do, South Korea's most populous province which surrounds Seoul, the national capital. Suwon lies about 30 km (19 mi) south of Seoul. It is traditionally known as "The City of Filial Piety". With a population close to 1.2 million, it is larger than Ulsan, although it is not governed as a metropolitan city.
Suwon has existed in various forms throughout Korea's history, growing from a small settlement to become a major industrial and cultural center. It is the only remaining completely walled city in South Korea. The city walls are one of the more popular tourist destinations in Gyeonggi Province. Samsung Electronics R&D center and headquarters are in Suwon. The city is served by two motorways, the national railway network, and the Seoul Metropolitan Subway. Suwon is a major educational center, home to 11 universities.
Suwon is home to football club Suwon Samsung Bluewings, which have won the K League on four occasions and AFC Champions League twice. The KT Wiz of the Korea Baseball Organization also play in Suwon.
The main industrial employer in Suwon is Samsung. In fact, Samsung had major facilities Seoul, but at the beginning of the Korean War, inventories were so damaged that the founder, Lee Byung-chul was forced to start business again in 1951. Samsung Electronics was founded in Suwon in 1969 and it now has its headquarters and a large R&D complex in central Suwon; it is the city's largest employer. Other companies with offices here include SK, Samsung LED, Samsung SDI, Samsung Electro-Mechanics and others.

찾아보니 이렇네요.
중국 광둥(廣東)성이 효원공원 서쪽에 조성한 중국식 정원이다. 광둥지역 전통정원의 특색을 살려 건물과 정원이 조화를 이룰 수 있게 설계되었다. 2003년 10월 경기도와 광둥성이 체결한 '우호교류 발전에 관한 실행협약'의 내용 가운데 한국과 중국의 전통정원을 상대 도시에 짓기로 한 약속에 따라 2005년 6월 15일부터 조성되기 시작하여 2006년 4월 17일 문을 열었다.

중국식 정원이 정말 중국에 온 느낌이 들어요. 옛날에 엄마랑 갔던 중국여행이 생각나요.
9:47 중국정원은 출입구나 창을 저렇게 모양을 내서 뚫어 놓은게 개인적으로 이국적인 느낌이 들어 맘에 들어요.ㅎ
우리나라 창덕궁 낙선재 후원에도 동그란 만월문이 있긴 한데 자주 볼 수 있는게 아니라 그런지
저런 문이 새롭게 느껴져요. 도심 큰 공원 안에 작은 폭포가 떨어지는 정원이 또 있다는게 정말 멋져요.

Clean and nice park. Well taking care of this place. Look at at near by these high rising modern buildings indicating good economy of South Korea, compare with Communist North Korea and others.
