Windows downloaded 7.6 gigs of data in 3 days!!!! 3 days! Blew through all of my T-mobile hotspot and I do not have WiFi. You have truly helped me. I have did a restart and BITS did not automatically start again. Disabled and it appears to be holding. Please respond to this in say... 2 days and lets see if its still holding. Thanks so much. They won't get me next month!!!

You are my god 😊👍👌👌
Glad it helped. Remember, it will reset automatically if any windows changes detected. You may need to do again after installing any software or driver.
Side note... for now and I know its really off topic but is there a mirroring service (non rooted) that I can use so I don't have to use my phone to fill out applications in a timely manner. Using throttled hotspot seriously SUCKS and I am now stuck with that speed it until 8/27/2017 !!! :( P.s. Thanks for nothing Microsoft! ugh!
I love you bro
Thanks

The only question I got. Since you disabled Windows updates how can I update my windows? I would like to do it from time to time so I keep my programs up to date.
The problem I found out is today I was download battlefield 4 at 3 Mb/s then later on today my downloading speed dropped down to 600kb! I opened up task manager and I had allot of ''Service host Processes open up'' are they linked with BITS ?
piotrekno1 If u want to keep your windiws up to date, don't do this.Your data transfer rate may increase if you do this.
which windows u have maybe i can help you
Thank you!!!!1!

STechVision A little bit late to reply, don't you think?
Sorry for the late reply.
STechVision I'll take your heart and worship it.
Microsoft is making it harder to disable the spyware features,Now when you try to disable certain processes it only gives you the option to shutdown pc.I am using Windows 8.1 with 25 processes and 800 mb rams usage at idle, light years faster than Windows 10
do i need to re-enable windows update in order to get windows updates? does windows update when i turn off my pc if the service is disabled?
You have to re-enable both services while windows update . After the updates again you have to disable both.
THIS MAN IS A TRUE HERO THANK YOU MY LORD
Bookmarked the vid, i'll report back after a few days to verify the effects.
I have to admit, i never thought of straight up disabling parent services.
Hats off to you sir! ;)
After 3 days and multiple restarts, i have yet to see the BITS service turn on again.
My disk usage usually caps out at 12% while gaming, (bear in mind that i use a laptop) whereas before, it would cap out a 100% (with a minimum of 95%) while doing absolutely fuck all.
This seems to be the fix for the worst bloatware in the history of Microsoft.
Thank you, +STechVision. :)
you saved my CPU constantly at 100 CPU
Thanks

I get an 'access denied' message when trying to save changes to BITS properties. Won't let me change this.
Got it sorted. Worked a treat.
Thanks! if you like this tutorial ,please subscribe my channel.
how'd you bypass the "access denied" message?
Is it reversible? I think I might want it for downloading important updates.
Yes! you can change the setting whenever you want.
windows was made to eat all the bandwidth... gotta turn BITS, windows UPDATE and QoS OFF... sometimes windows firewall also makes your internet speed lagish, heavier etc Microsoft should provide us of some alternative way to turn these off with one button only.
They will never do that. Im old user, windows is going worst on each version, in the past the users protested a lot and made them to step back, but today almost every user knows shit about windows, so no one protest, and they can spy us whenever they want. Cause all that software is for spy purposs to sel our data, preferences, etc to big companys (commercial purposes) or govs.
@@mis3rabl3sorg79 you nailed it... No doubt about it!
@@sandersonbr18 Yeah we both are right, sad but true.
thanks, this thing is just pure cancer. leeching the whole bandwith so I can't even get responses from websites >_>

@@sandeeptekam7948 please let me know 🙏🙏🙏
No need to disable Windows Update, it still doesn't run if you don't disable Windows Update
+Hazzahead But thank you, this helped me lower my disk usage :D
+Hazzahead it will turn back on by itself if you don't disable windows update
Asshole Videos oh
Hazzahead yeah, found that one out the hard way, after a week of turning it off every 2 hours or so and turning off wifi on my pc at night
Thanks for your comment!
Windows ke maa ke bhosda what you showed in this video i have already done it like 6 months ago and still it's going on. both the services restart them selves
