Materials:
Ribbons (various colors)
shower curtain rings
scissors
Instructions:
1) Cut ribbon in half (12-18 inches long each)
2) pull ribbon through the shower curtain ring - stop when halfway through
3) Tie ribbon onto ring - repeat with 5-6 more ribbons
4) Dance!
