I think it's fine with the packaging as long as the seller use bubble wrap. I heard that the inner packaging material is hard(like when you bought a new phone). The lightstick obviously cost a lot in production alr. If the price was too high I'd believe ppl will still complain. There is also possibility for SM to sell it separately so that fans who don't really have money to buy can choose.
