I am very pleased with the job these guys have done with the pool. Question: do they specialize in building pools, or are they regular masonry artisans?
My plumber works with a big company in Ghana that build pools. So I used him and my mason and my carpenter.
Believe me it’s not that hard to build a pool if you have good workers.

What the guys are doing on your project has nothing to do with government. The more you pay independent workers the more they make to purchase tools.
