One question and a little help request: I've seen that in order to get expansion and distal-out rotation of molars i just need to activate the main central loop of the bar (squeezing the plier in the central part); how can i obtain the same effect (expansion+distal-out rotation) BUT with a palatal bar that has a MESIALLY oriented loop?
