Thank you TE PARI for supporting Cammy, he's a great embassador for your equipment. This scale is really impressive, with ease of set up and ability to sort lambs so quickly and stress free. Great video, Cammy, especially enjoy Jock's super strength lifting the trailer and the drone shots are always appreciated!
I went to an Ag fair in Tulare, California (where I got to meet Graeme, The Hoof GP). I went to the Te Pari booth and said I watched a CZcamsr who uses Te Pari equipment. The American reps said - must be Cammy Wilson, right? I agreed. They showed me the machine and gave me some Te Pari kit (baseball cap, knit cap, scarf) to take home. Cool experience.
Great video, what a time saver for you. Please, watch out for Jock. He was in and around the machine as you were hoisting and positioning it. It only takes one mishap for a tragedy! He's at that age, quick and into everything. I'm not complaining, just concerned.
All the way from Melbourne Australia, I absolutely enjoy watching all your videos about different parts of your hard working life. I’m a Nurse in Aged Care and Palliative Care, watching your video decreasing my anxiety and difficulty in my work life. I love how the kids get a chance to see realistic life Cammie, you are one hardworking family man, I wish you all the greatest success in any business adventure you set your mind on.
"So Te Pari, why do you give your stuff to Cammy to demo? His well established social media & large following?" "Oh dear me no, have you *seen* his pickup? And his determination to *never* read any instruction booklet? No, no, we figure if Cammy can't break it nobody can." In all seriousness, great vid, shows how easy it is to set up and work, & lots of cute lambs & wee Jock, which is always a bonus.
I wonder if anyone from Te Pari watched this video and thought: "Well, that's one way to do it. Not the way we demonstrated it to him but that Cammy Wilson bloke made it work. Cheers to him!"
great video Cammie, love Lizzie and the boys, being included always great to see you working together, seems a great bit of kit you have too, thanks Te Pari, xxx
Great video as always. Love when you give a demo on the equipment and show how it’s used. I did not know that fly strike can kill lambs. Very interesting to see you shearing and showing how the fleece gives you the warning of fly strike. My goodness Jock is growing up and he’s right in there helping. Thank you Cammy and Lizzie for all the hard work you do while raising your family and sharing your lives with me. Love your channel. ❤❤
I think for someone who's been upkeeping the shoddiest scanning trailer in the universe held together by a zip tie and a prayer, it's okay to have too much shiny new equipment elsewhere 🤣
Am I the only one who looked at the exit of the Racewell and really wanted a vinyl sticker to go over it that would make it look like the Tardis. Tiny Dr. Who (Jock) running out ahead of 300 sheep coming endlessly out the gate 😂😂😂❤❤❤
No matter how many times I see the maggots from fly strike my skin crawls. Just shows the importance of you guys vigilance. I enjoyed the video and I hope we get a video of when you brought this new piece of kit to the farm with over 2000 lambs.
What a COOL machine!! You make a terrific TE PARI representative! Great pickup on the lamb with fly strike.. would have been a goner for sure. Thanks for sharing from the USA!
Nice Video Cam, so so much easier than catching all of them, Lambs looking good, Great to see the family all together, can't believe how much Jock has grown,,,,,
Great job. The sheep all look fine and healthy apart from the bit of fly strike. Hopefully the remaining ones put on good weight in the next few weeks and you get a decent price at the mart. I don't need any toddler labour in my garden just now but I know where to look when I do need a bit of lifting muscle. Well done Jock.
Have you thought of adding in wiltshire for shedding genetics? They are doing a trial here in Wairarapa, NZ about "grading up" romney sheep with wiltshire to make them self shedding. Would be cool to do a similar thing with texel.
the plastic makes the machine much more quiet -solid engineering. - can it be automated based on weight to open a side gate to sort heavy lambs from light lambs?
Those market charges seem pretty steep to me for the lambs. Are there other markets in your area for lambs and cull ewes and, if so, are their charges significantly different? I acknowledge that travel time and haulage costs will be higher to go elsewhere. Is there any sort of deadweight marketing organisation in your area, and if so, how do the stoppages compare with the market charges? The weighing and drafting equipment are really slick and quick once the sheep are flowing through but at £10,000 to buy much too expensive to my mind. Afterall a decent digital weigher and quality three way drafting gate set up would achieve the same result for a fraction of this cost even allowing for additional supervisory labour costs and a somewhat slower throughput per hour. Dan
Most markets are quite similar i believe in terms of commission and charges. It’s a great machine for sure but having used the HD 4 i’d always pay the extra for that. It weighs and drafts on top of all the other jobs!
Heya, could you do one on Loaghtan sheep. Used to live in the Isle of Man and theyre iconic there. They are designated under a Protected Designation of Origin and rare at only 1,500 breeding females. Very stunning color. Manx Loaghtan Sheep Breed Society formed to look after the breed into the future but the breed could still use some showcasing. Good wool and meat sheep.
Can you provide information on where your wool goes, if it goes to yarn? I saw you wear a British Wool shirt, so I assume there is some yarn to be hand.
Little Jock is helping. Aww the baby is inside his own tent.🥰all right sheep are in and ready to go. Amazing how you can shave those maggots right off and then treat them. Interesting. Always nice to watch you and your family working together.🥰👍
I think since these are meat lambs the color doesn't make a difference, but I'm not really in the sheep business, so I'm not sure if they actually grow any larger than white or brown sheep. I'm guessing they're the same.
No difference. Just a different type within a breed. All sell the same and all weigh the same. In some breeds they can be rarer but across the board there is no difference.
It's a genetic thing. Black is a recessive gene in most breeds. Two white parents that carry the recessive gene have a 1 in 4 chance of throwing a black lamb. That's a 1 in 4 chance for every mating, it doesn't mean it WILL happen 1 year in 4 - it may never show.
Nice peace of kit, mind you have to have more vehicles then Eddie Stoddart does take from it a little, good to see it in action makes all the difference and the computer system is really impressive, well done thank you
I have to say that your safety, with regards to allowing your child to walk under a piece of equipment you do not know how to use is worrying. A baby in a work area should not be permitted. Accidents on farms are some of the highest in any industry.
In editing, you might want to convert pounds to dollars and show that in a subtitle so American viewers have a better idea of the money you're talking about.
Good picture of it about 12:30. In flystrike, flies lay their eggs in dirty wool. The eggs hatch, become maggots, & can kill the sheep thru their gnawing.
He gets his strength from his mum of course 😁
🤣👍@@TheSheepGame
Don't sass your mum or she'll rip your head clean off your neck. While Liz applauds.
Are you going National Ploughing Championship in Ireland?
😮

I almost always get a good laugh at you Cammy but I learn a lot too.
Te Pari has wonderful ambassadors in you and Lizzie.
Great video, what a time saver for you. Please, watch out for Jock. He was in and around the machine as you were hoisting and positioning it. It only takes one mishap for a tragedy! He's at that age, quick and into everything. I'm not complaining, just concerned.
New stuff! So much fun to watch!
I loved the drone footage of rounding up the lambs!

Cammie, you are one hardworking family man, I wish you all the greatest success in any business adventure you set your mind on.
Cool new tool Cammy. But I just have to say how amazing Lizzy is managing 2 babies and actively participating.
"So Te Pari, why do you give your stuff to Cammy to demo? His well established social media & large following?"
"Oh dear me no, have you *seen* his pickup? And his determination to *never* read any instruction booklet? No, no, we figure if Cammy can't break it nobody can."

Haha I couldn’t even remember the correct name for it 🤣. Had to add it in text when editing🤣
I wonder if anyone from Te Pari watched this video and thought: "Well, that's one way to do it. Not the way we demonstrated it to him but that Cammy Wilson bloke made it work. Cheers to him!"
He must have the same DNA as my brother. I would NEVER loan him MY car.
Your shivering at the cost of the gear your using, but no one bats an eye when there is a £100,000 tractor rolling a field! 😂 impressive setup.👍🏻👍🏻
great video Cammie, love Lizzie and the boys, being included always great to see you working together, seems a great bit of kit you have too, thanks Te Pari, xxx
Anything that makes the work easier is a great idea. Great video Cammy and Lizzy. 👍👍😊
Glad you had Jock there for the lifting 😂❤️

Oh my….. your boys are so beautiful!!
And STRONG 💪. Pretty soon Jock will be doing that all by himself. God Bless you All…♥️♥️♥️
I think for someone who's been upkeeping the shoddiest scanning trailer in the universe held together by a zip tie and a prayer, it's okay to have too much shiny new equipment elsewhere 🤣
🤣🤣🤣 omg scanning time is coming soon
And Cammy DOES have a rickedy scanning trailer, well paint marked.
You call it rickety, I call it... rustic!@@habslover2306

You folks are so capable. Both strong and strapping and the ever-present mantra, Brute force!". Best wishes to you both and all.
Great drone shots. Te Pari equipment seems to be a must have.
Thanks Lesa!

Great stuff as always. 👍 Damn, flystrike is just pure nasty. Thank you for showing it.
What a COOL machine!! You make a terrific TE PARI representative! Great pickup on the lamb with fly strike.. would have been a goner for sure. Thanks for sharing from the USA!
Hi Cammy very nice piece of equipment.
I loved the drone shots. Great video.
Take care and stay safe till next time.
❤❤❤❤
Cool set up! So neat how much time is saved my modern technology
"There's no need for the jockey wheel"
"Oh, that's why there's a jockey wheel"
🤣😂🤣
I am always so jealous you get to play with such cool toys. Really nice and easy setup of this machine. Really great scale if you are a one man show.
Great video, very interesting about the fly strike info, good to see ye all working with the sheep again, and good to see Marissa back
Nice Video Cam, so so much easier than catching all of them, Lambs looking good, Great to see the family all together, can't believe how much Jock has grown,,,,,
Brother, this video is too cool
Cammy - I think that is the dodgiest power strip I've ever seen.
Great video. Like the drone shots. Blessings to you all.
Morning from Montreal QC Canada .. as always beautiful sharing adventure documentary updated resume countryside content video .. loved the beautiful filming shooting captured absolutely spectacular gorgeous .. TQSM Sir ..
You and your family are great news for modern farming🎉🎉🎉🎉
Cracking video. Some crop of lambs
Cheers Jimmy!
I love these gadgets!
Oh Jock ! ❤ helping Dad looking so 😍
A wise son may argue and raises fuss with anyone in the family but knows better than to go back at his mom. She can always win
Jock has a future in professional weight lifting. the next Arnold Schwarzenegger for sure!
Great video, I love the drone work
Great bit of shearing with the battery shears Cammy.
Great sorting kit!
Commiserations with the rugby and football Cammy, some awesome sheep kit about now pal,Lizzy always grafting and bringing up a family she's some Lady.
Wow, like the speed of setting up the machine!
117. Wooo hoooo! Congrats.
Thanks!
The banjo fits!
I may have missed this in the past, but could you make a video on working with the dogs? I love watching the dogs work!
When I was a kid, we sat lambs down on their bums on a bathroom scale to weigh them. Times sure have changed. :)
Love your videos sheep game
A boy Cammy another good video 👍.
Watching you shearing that lamb it looked like you've done it before 😂
Just the odd time! Will we see u at the Ploughing?
Have you thought of adding in wiltshire for shedding genetics? They are doing a trial here in Wairarapa, NZ about "grading up" romney sheep with wiltshire to make them self shedding. Would be cool to do a similar thing with texel.
Good dogs!
Nice piece of kit looks like it would be good for hire unless you've got thousands of sheep. But it's efficient.
Amazing Cammy thank you so much. 🙏💜
Love those Texel x Scotch Mule lambs!
Nice little batch of lzmbs for market! Did you weight the little two legged one with the curly head😆.
Great drone footage as usual.👍
the plastic makes the machine much more quiet -solid engineering. - can it be automated based on weight to open a side gate to sort heavy lambs from light lambs?
Yeah it can shed 3 different ways 👍
may i ask you somethin ??? the grass you use for the sheep at your fields... can i ask how you call it ? i mean what is the name of seed
Cammy, when do the breed sales start for the texels, etc? I'd be interested to see what the stud rams, etc, are going for this year.
Most of them have been. Top price was £170,000 i believe 😁
In my opinion any device/like this, that can stream line your farm to make life easier for your young family is a win,win situation.! 🙂
Good morning Cammy! Great video 🤍 question…did you not look at the well thought out email I sent you? Let me know … that machine is so cool!!!!!
I didn’t see it Tammy i’ll look it up now! 😁
Cmmy try putting the crovect in a spray bottle similar to the ones you use for iodine.
You should have 3 keys to quad bike Lizzie’s, yours and one with bike so when Jockie grabs it you have back up

Are you going to iceland this September to herd sheep?
Heya, could you do one on Loaghtan sheep. Used to live in the Isle of Man and theyre iconic there. They are designated under a Protected Designation of Origin and rare at only 1,500 breeding females. Who makes the double deck trailer? Can I get one in the USA?
Ifor Williams
I’m not sure 😅
We take a 50 metre electric sheep netting for difficult places to get sheep in just an idea
Those prices are crazy.
🐨👍
Not crutching dirty sheep after they have been penned is asking for fly trouble because of their body heat increase.
What do you do with the wool from such maggot lambs? Still sellable? Throw away? Wash, clean and sell?
I think that the maggoty wool is all discarded.
Which I would have had that equipment when I was raising sheep
Great video as always Cammie
Are these wedder lambs or mixture?
A mix 👍
Cracking bit of kit that but you’ve Gotta move some lambs to justify 10 grand I would guess.
So glad you caught that lamb with fly strike - I had never seen that before. Awful! 😫
Oh Cammy. Every time you wear your fancy wee shorts I think I’m seeing something I shouldn’t!
😂😂😂
Hi Cammy. I want to let you know that there is another youtuber using you logo. It is called sheep_life.
I’ve reported it and thanks for the email Linda 👍
It's probably a dumb question but what makes a lamb be born black? Does a black sheep do better or worse at market than a white sheep?
I think since these are meat lambs the color doesn't make a difference, but I'm not really in the sheep business, so I'm not sure if they actually grow any larger than white or brown sheep. I'm guessing they're the same.

Two white parents that carry the recessive gene have a 1 in 4 chance of throwing a black lamb.
That's a 1 in 4 chance for every mating, it doesn't mean it WILL happen 1 year in 4 - it may never show.
For these ones they all have Jacob mothers. A jacob always throws a black lamb when crossed with another breed 👍
Nice peace of kit, mind you have to have more vehicles then Eddie Stoddart does take from it a little, good to see it in action makes all the difference and the computer system is really impressive, well done thank you
Good morning Cammie and Sheep fans !!
Are you as patient with your wife and kids as you are in the videos ? 😂😂
We do our fair share of arguing 😅
I married not only the man of my dreams but also a worthy adversary. He can hold his own in an argument and is the smartest man alive.
😅
You can change the settings from max accuracy to max speed. The lambs run better and a lot faster.
Good to know!
Michael Cusack Smith
New weigh machine looks like the front end of a tractor. 😅
Iam a German shepherd
Every where the same problems
And they say there's no money in farming.
I have to say that your safety, with regards to allowing your child to walk under a piece of equipment you do not know how to use is worrying. A baby in a work area should not be permitted. Accidents on farms are some of the highest in any industry.

Right now, the pound sterling is roughly equal to the American dollar.
....amd then the child gets crushed, totally irresponsable.
I’m familiar with raising sheep, but in California. What is FLY STRIKE??? An why is it such a problem?? ??? 🐑🐏🐑🐏🐑🐏 @thesheepgame
