Well, SpaceX used the 'reusable' version on every single Starlink mission. 60 Starlink satellites weigh around 15-16 tons, so I would say between 45-48 tons for Falcon Heavy. Correct me if I'm wrong :)
35T-37T of mass without expending the side Bs/Expend the core,45T to fully expend the rocket,and 25T-30T recovered both Side Bs and Core.
To make getting into orbit a bit easier you should use the Maneuver mode witch tells you your apoapsis and periapsis (no clue if i spelt them right) so if you are trying to get a more specific orbit and or have more time to use a maneuver node to get a circular orbit you don't need to use add ons that just tell you the same thing because it's in the base game as well. i use it all the time and it is a lot easier than going back and fourth form the map and to the rocket/ spaceplane you are launching. you don't need to use it but try it out and see what you think of it
of course I recommend something then watch the rest of the video and then you use it but...

The Delta IV Medium is in BDB (Bluedog Design Bureau). Almost all the American rockets designed by ULA and NASA are in BDB

Don't say that the orbiter counts bc then the whole ss 2nd stage is under payload which means that ss has a payload capacity of almost If not more than 300t

What mods are you using?
Saturn I launched in 1964 and 65. At the time it the highest capacity rocket. Saturn V retired in 1973 with Skylab, Saturn iB retired in 1975. I would use 'mass placed in orbit' as the defining measure - and by that the Shuttle Orbiter would be included.
Even if you include the shuttle orbiter the Energia could still place more mass into orbit (102 metric ton vs 105 metric ton.) The obvious massive difference being that the Energia actually could use all that mass for effective payloads.
The Proton also launched for the first time 1965 with the Proton K soon after and bothhad a higher payload capability than the Saturn Ib

If you use any more mods i suugest 3 benjee10 mods , shuttle orbiter construction kit, redirect, and historic suits and heads. Just turn off personalize suits in texture replacer or all the suits will look bad, and i suggest Tantares and Tanares LV and SP if you want more bluedog like soviet rockets
Also rhe recolor mod for orbiter construction kit for the Columbia/challenger variants

you can't launch the shuttle without the orbiter so anybody who says the orbiter doesn't count is just coping completely irrationally.

Falcon heavy was never the biggest operational rocket. Delta IV heavy is taller and each core is 4 feet wider
Payload capacity has nothing to do with size.
Nobody would say that Energia is “larger” than the N-1 even though it has a higher payload capacity

Delta IV Heavy, while less capable than falcon heavy, is actually physically larger than it, so technically falcon heavy shouldn't be in this video ;)
