I had a family member who was misdiagnosed with cancer. The terror she felt and that we all felt is indescribable. When she was finally diagnosed with CVID-no immune system-we were all relieved-indescribably. How could this woman put her family and friends through this terror?
A sociopathic, malignant, narcissist can do this to family, and friends, and anyone else who will listen to their tales of woe.
This woman had a friend who lost her life in gun violence, Sarah knew that she was heartbroken by the incident and decided to use it to gain attention from her (when Sarah was faking being in a shooting), she's beyond sick in her head
As someone who is fighting ovarian cancer and going through chemo...... I just dont understand why anyone would want to pretend they are going through it..... makes me sick...

I don't think it's Cash she wanted. I think she wanted to be accepted. People who lie about stuff like this want acceptance and attention that they never had. Dr phil even called out on it when he asked her what does she know about herself that nobody knows. It's sick but it's also sad that I almost feel sorry for her

I lost many loved ones and friends of the family to this catastrophic illness cancer and for someone to lie about something that serious has no heart!
No limit to what a narcissist will do. They are the most important person in THEIR world AND yours; like it or not.
One of my former friends was possibly a pathological or compulsive liar. This woman had borrowed money from a few of our workers, claiming she was having cancer and not having enough money to pay her rent. None of them got back their money in full, btw. I could not believe my ears when she boasted about having an affair with a married man and laughing about how 'stupid' his wife is for being in the dark about it. She finally got what she deserved when she was caught stealing from the office petty cash box and fired from her job. Wow, the nerve of this witch.
She is in jail now folks

I have a friend who lost his BABY daughter to cancer, she was only 2 YEARS OLD. It was obviously devastating for everyone but the amount of PAIN, HURT and GUILT that him and his gf went through is unimaginable. They not only had to say goodbye to their sweet angel but then had to learn how to live life again without her. I just can't fathom how ANYONE, let alone a GROWN WOMAN, can lie about something so serious and so REAL when there are ACTUALLY people in this world who are fighting for their lives. It's terrifying and beyond disgusting.

My sister faked cancer. Had me believing she was dying, but then she came in to visit during the holidays, and she was the fattest I had ever seen her. She also had hair down to her butt. I will never believe another word she tells me. I cut all ties with her. Even before the cancer lie, she was always talking about all her “supposed “ health problems. It was so strange looking back on it all now.

if Sarah actually knew all the emotional struggles a patient and his/her family go through a serious illness, she would think again before doing this. (that is. if she is actually thinking) I lost one of my immediate family members to a terminal illness and the years leading up to that were some of the most troubling and stressful times in my life that has left me with my own trauma. I would NEVER want to have anyone go through that.

This is Munchesen. She gets off on all the attention. The best thing to do is bring national attention to her crimes. There should be a national registry for people who con others like this. That way, if someone has suspicions, then they can run their name or picture. Anyone ever heard of anything like that?
I agree it's definitely Munchausen. But she's also a complusive sociopathic liar. She fakes being ill but also fakes having people in her life (Her husband for etc). And as soon as they get bored of one lie, they fabricate another. Its just horrid

People with this type of pathology don't change without therapy and hard work. Not many want to put in the work to overcome this either. I mean if someone gets arrested for a petty crime most of the time they will have a criminal record forever even if they have changed. A register would be helpful, especially if the person is a repeat offender. But this lady should definitely have to pay for her actions.

I lost my grandma and godfather to cancer years ago and it's still heartbreaking that they're no longer here 😢💔...but what's more heartbreaking is someone would disrespect those who've won't the battle, fought hard but succumbed to their battle in the end, and those who are currently fighting cancer by lying about cancer. Cancer never has and never will be a laughing matter to me. 😡

If you have chemo and hair lost, it affects all hair lost. Not just the head, eyebrows and eye lashes everything, everywhere. This should have been the first red flag.
If she didn’t makeup the whole husband/family and shootout and maybe the whole muscular dystrophy story, she would have never gotten caught and would probably still be doing this to this day.

It is terrible when someone fakes cancer, mental health issues, or some other situation for attention ! Personally, this reminds me of a situation that happened over 10 years ago, and I am wondering how legit it is. I feel bad for this couple, because their kindness was manipulated, and I can definitely relate to that ! I hope they can disconnect from this woman, and never allow her back into their lives.
Also, it is one thing to believe what others tell you, (physicians, family members, friends) however, if something seems shady, or there are inconsistencies in the situation, then individuals have the right to question. Honestly, I am begining to question several situations due to direct observation, patterns of behavior, examining documents, and photos.
Part of the problem is the fact that you may have a hard time believing that certain individuals are capable of such schemes, and crime, especially when they either in positions of authority, in your own family, or friends.

She’s done some bad things. This whole segment focuses on shaming her and dragging her through the coals. She seems like she’s trying her best to be upfront and apologetic. But I don’t think she’s built to understand honesty and empathy. She needs help but it doesn’t seem like anyone will. People are more focused on crapping on her.... which is understandable.

A lot of people who are actually sick are not going to seek out people to do everything for us because _a lot_ of people only put in all of that time (like that couple did) in order to gain the ability to tell everyone all about how saintly they are. Then everyone can tell them how wonderful and selfless they are 🤮 I'm not saying whether or not that couple seems like that, but there are many people nowadays that want to be seen as a virtuous heros so they prey on the disabled to use them for those points. It's hard to tell who is genuine or not at times.
