Oh! Gosh!. This is obviously an abandonment. Can people see that this is animal cruelly.? Even just one day or 2 without feeding these precious animals is considered neglect. In America, this isn't going to work. Authorities/ the animal police authority will arrest you right away if you neglect, hurt, or abandon an amimal. That's how important animals are here. Filipinos who do these cruelly to animals should and should have been arrested. . That is my strong opinion. Some Filipinos are cruel to animals.May God forgive you .
