I love this. It's pretty much how I approach rumble kicks on the Syntakt too. As you said, there is the issue that the effects settings are not usually optimal for other elements in the track, but I find working around that limitation can result in some neat accidents.

@ Sehr gern! Vor Allem würde ich gern den Sampling-Teil (speziell mit dem Digitakt) nochmal beleuchtet haben. Grad was so Rumble/Delay-Sachen angeht, die ja eigentlich erst im Kontext mehrerer Bars so richtig anfangen zu scheinen, bin ich manchmal ein bisschen lost. 😅
Is halt genau mein Setup: ST/DT

Glocke Like Abo mein letztes Hemd alles da gelassen 😂 cooler Channel! Nur schade das ich nur die großen elektron Boxen hab und du die kleinen aber egal muss ich halt bissel umdenken 😅

Hehe Danke! Würde auch easy mit dem AR klappen oder Octa. Statt dem ducking Effekt mit der umgekehrten hüllkurve, einfach den LFO nutzen. Ansonsten ist der Workflow ziemlich identisch. :)

Super vielen Dank :) finds eigentlich ne gute Idee den ST in seiner power zu nutzen um dan ne Kick oder andere sehr kraftvolle Sounds zu Samplen und die dann weiter zu verarbeite.
Hatte bis her noch nie einen drum Synthesizer aber ST sieht schon nice aus dafür

hardware aufnehmen und in der daw arrangieren oder weiter bearbeiten ist das ultimative immer noch. :D :)

Danke! Helpful. I ran into a big issue where all of the kicks sounded way too punchy and hard no matter what on the transient. I think it’s because I tuned them down on the SYN page instead of TRIG page and also not filtering the low end out a bit. Let me know if you also ran into the problem and if you fixed 👍

You're welcome! Adjust with the EQ as best you can. Finding good sweetspots is not easy. The Syntakt kick is very punchy in the mids. I prefer to sample it and process it in Ableton as a rumble and load it into the Digitakt.
