Growing up means growing old! Don't sound too good to me! 58years old, have 2 GT5000'S AND 1 GT6000 plus 10 other mowers, I love them!!!!
@@croweknowsmowers1877 WHO EVER DIES WITH THE MOST MOWERS/TRACTORS WINS !! 👍😂 I'm 46(maybe 47 lost track) unfortunately my Father Scrapped all my All Terrain Mowers with No Mo Mower Decks I guess thinking I "Had grown up". But now I'm back home taking care of my parents and don't have anything to go in the back woods with. I snuck back there the other day with Dads Sears Suburban and got caught. "That Tractor Isn't A Toy" he said.. I felt like a was 10 again !! 😂 Well he shouldn't of scrapped my Tractor with 31" Mudders on Truck Rims drilled for the hubs. Or the Craftsmen with a 22hp V-Twin that ran great and I hadn't even gotten to Modify yet !! Or my old Huffy Wheelie & Donut Master !! Or the rest of my "Toys" !!

My dads mower has been sitting 10 years he sadly passed away I got it torn apart I’m 16 now I’m trying to do a build like this but I need money for parts I only got my permit so no way to work and I’m still in school 😢

I got some waverunners this summer. One had a trailer and it's in the water now, the other no trailer but it's on the trailer from the first one right now and isn't running right. Summer is over need to get the good one out the water so today I'm gonna make a waverunner dolly out of 2" square tube to hold the worse of the 2. Thinking I can work on it in my garage this winter and not take up as much space, and have the trailer freed up. When I got the trailer it was a deal because someone jack-knifed it and their bumper bent the heck out of the trailer tongue. It still towed straight just not centered behind the tow vehicle. So I fixed that yesterday, wish I had taken some video. It came out better than original in my own opinion. The dolly will be interesting.

2:16 "i call em, woolly boogers" That is what i still call these from back when we had the classic big red 3 wheeler honda. Thing was a death trap but we survived. You could float the bike and propel with woolly boogers 😂

change oil in transaxle for long happy nice rock crusher transaxle life? 2...3 qts of gear /motor oil? drain on L side under axle. filll over L side axle or thru shifter hole when take the shifter out. DONT LOSE THE BOLTS IN THE TRANSAXLE!!!!!! COVER THE HOLE TIL GET THE OIL IN THE TRANSAXLE AND THEN THE SHIFTER BACK IN THE TRANSAXLE. I PUT 3 qts in my transaxle for all the years ppl ran mine without oil in it when the $8 generic axle seal dried out and leaked out all the gear oil and it ran dry dry dry (sigh) and a BOTTLE of STP OIL TREATMENT to REALLY COAT THE GEARS forever more.

Really nice built. Colonel an this one are actually more of a heavy duty garden tractor even though they don’t have horizontal shaft engines like the Moto Mow. But the transmission and frame are built stronger than the other lawn tractors. Those ones are heavier but can pull. Keep them more as your workers and si speed or mud mower with the light lawn tractors. Colonel is the towing and this one is the grader. Really nice score by the way. The Craftsman are not common to find with the Brinly style itch. And the blade is a rare score too. I have the same style itch on my 1989 Wheel Horse 312-8. You can fit any Brinly universal attachments on it. Like a plow for example! It would be nice if you could get one. You could plow your garden old school style! I would put a bracket on the front and find some small suit case weights to slide on. Did it on my 312.

Those are some big tires. I would think just the tires alone would increase top speed by about 1 MPH . Very nice machine 😊

Use washers as spacers on the bolts for the tires to widen it n maintain the tires u have on it

I've probably watch this video 5 or 6 time through but every time in the beginning because of the rusty clutch I think it it was me i wouldn't have fixed it . Sure glad you got it instead of me lol.
Yeah, I would have passed on her because of the rust, but I wanted the scraper blade. I am glad the v twin replacement ran. And great to have extra parts mowers for clutches and stuff. Turned out to be possibly my best machine. We did break it Saturday... But just a hole in the gas tank. I have a spare and thanks for watching!!
My favorite tractor/video thus far on the 327 channel!! You need a ripper for the back and a box blade. There on home depot for relatively cheap.
And how about commander magnum craftsman? Two of the kohler engines in one...

what have you found to be the cheapest source for tires? I love how you swap and build so much stuff around. What's your favorite engine for a mower? do you prefer vertical shaft ones? do you have any horizontal shaft drive hydrostatic mowers?

I got a newer craftsman Excelerator GT gt5000 series I believe and it has the 26hp kohler got it free because they thought it was locked up I was about to pull it and was like ehh let me take it apart…. The starter was stuck and bent in the up position made the engine seem 100% locked up thing runs like a top now with a new starter makes a great plow tractor! Check the starter you have have a perfectly good engine there!
You may have a perfectly good engine that just needs a starter***
