new out of the box air 2S, it will not charge. batteries are dead. I tried charging them for 2 days. turns on for a half a second and turns off plugged in. unplugged does nothing. Is there any way to fix it? It would take forever to send it back and wait for them to send me a working one. Any ideas? I would put new batteries but you can't get the bad ones out. They are built in to the handle.

Hello, I have been following you youtube channel since quite sometime. I am a bad photographer until I stumbled upon one of your videos where you were explaining with your grand daughters why and how the picture should be taken- fron left to right. Quite helped me. Now I am able to make some teeny-tiny difference in my picture quality.
But I am on and off the social media as I am busy with my family life. Whenever, I get time I ho through your old videos.
This is quite a product. I am amazed that there are such gadgets in the market. However, I need some assistance. My son has his youtube gaming channel (part time travel logger). As he is 10 years the vlogs are not that great and I don't demotivate him. My wife had brought a tripod for him on Amazon. It was helpful when we had been to Mahabaleshwar in December 2020. Was not a great quality but it broke. Can you suggest a nice stand which will be within my budget.... around Rs.1k-2k. I would like to gift him and motivate him.
Try Digitek. They make tripods in that budget.
