gurl I feel you about the moodreader problems. I made a similar tbr thing for February for reading nothing but books I own by Black authors and I've been doing well so far, 2/17 done with one more almost compled and 2 others in proess. However, all Ive been in the mood to read the last week or so is Kingdom of Flesh and Fire which obviously goes against the tbr bit.
Though today I've decided that I should just give in and read what I want to read at the time as it does a disservice to the book and author if I'm too busy being preoccupied by other books while trying to read it. If that makes any sense. It is also why I just don't really do planned TBRs anymore. They feel too much like assigned reading.
Yess I’ve been trying to be more and more intentional about my tbrs so that it doesn’t start to feel like assigned reading like that!!
