Your family is the cutest! Will be watching more of your videos!!!
Thank you so much for this video!! This is exactly what I've been looking for. I have the 7" cork kitchen heat pads that I want to decorate.
I love Proworld Inc and I love Siser Matte. I put it on some sample floor tiles that are now coasters.
Hi I have that same heat press but I am not able to “lock” the handle down.. and the top heat plate swings loosely around.. is that normal?
Little lady is smart a plaque is like that wood table :)
Where did you get the designs
Do u have seal the vinyl after u put it on the cork ? Like finishing sealing?
You will not need to seal the vinyl on the cork.
Can you use a cricut mini iron to do this thankyou x
We recommend testing this with your Mini Cricut Press. You will need to make sure to apply enough pressure to the design for proper application.
Did you seal these with anything? How does the vinyl hold up to moisture?
You will not need to seal the vinyl on the cork. The vinyl should hold up well through normal use.
how did they hold up ?after using them
The coasters we created in this video were used outdoors through the summer and they held up just fine
.
What is the brand name of your machine and where did you get it from? And the brand of vinyl?
Hi Betty! We used a Silhouette cameo 4 machine to cut the vinyl. The vinyl we are working with is Siser matte vinyl. The heat press machine is a our Transpro mini that is no longer available as it has been discontinued.
what are the heat press time on the three color -not all are 7 min right ?
Hi Ginger, On cork that won't shrink, you can press each layer at the full time. If you are layering onto garments, you will want to tack each layer for a few seconds and then press for the full time at the end to reduce shrinkage. Time and temp will depend on your vinyl.
do you guys sell this Vinyl Desigs?
We do not sell already created vinyl designs.
How do you finishing it? Cork is peels, and need to be waterproof.
There is no need to finish them. The coasters here were not sealed and did not peel during normal use.
Where did you get your designs?
The designs were purchased from designbundles
