We need more plant milk options with no weird ingredients no fillers no sugar simple ingredients with vitamin D3 vitamin K2 magnesium calcium protein and it has to be affordable because these high prices are getting out of control

What about the original Claudia Oat Milk. I see it has sunflower oil...skip it? It’s what my daughter has been drinking!

It depends on the source of the protein. Is there a specific brand you are referring to? Im not familiar with an added protein nut milk.

it basically means there are chemicals that are added to make it taste the same as a normal food, so when there are vegan burgers, they make it taste like meat with natural flavors, sorry for the talking about vegan burgers, its a good example
Then why not just drink what we all have been drinking? Cows milk? Or Lactose milk for those that can’t drink cows milk
Conventional milk (meaning not organic or grass fed) comes from cows who are given antibiotics, hormones, and feed on gmo grains. All things that get into the milk and can have a negative effect on health. Its also pasteurized which kills a lot of the living nutrients. If you drink cows milk i would recommend 100% grass fed for the best fat profile and nutrient density
@@cleankitchennutrition I am almost 74 years old and have been drinking regular milk for all my life. Except when from the age of 0 to 7 when I was born on a farm and drank cows milk right out of the cow.
I’m not a fan of cows milk because I don’t like the torture of cows to get cows milk
