Yet you have no reply to the carefully composed historical context books written by former Nixon and GOP Paleo-Con strategist and campaign tactician Kevin Phillips, who didn't defect from the Neo-Con GOP to join the Dems. No love lost there. He simply went independent to focus on the rot and corruption set loose in our Duopoly.
Hope you address Phillips's books like AMERICAN DYNASTY (2004 on the Houses of Bush, Clinton and Saud), WEALTH AND DEMOCRACY (2002) and for me the most insightful AMERICAN THEOCRACY: The Peril and Politics of Radical Religion, Oil and Borrowed Money in the 20th Century (2006).

Rather the humanist message of empathy and lifting up the lowest of our people first rather than TRICKLE DOWN or GREED IS GOOD).
