  • My Favorite BUDGET Lens For Film Photography | Jupiter 12 Lens Review
In today's video, I go over my favorite budget lens for film photography which is the Jupiter 12. The Jupiter 12 is a Russian 35mm f/2.8 Zeiss Biogon copy which came in LTM and Kiev/Contax mounts. This lens is on my Canon P about 90% of the time now and I have taken some of my favorite ever film photos with this combination. If you're looking for a cheap 35mm lens to mount to your rangefinder camera, this may very well be the best option. If you've used this lens, I would love to know which version (silver or black), the production year of the lens, what camera you used it on, and finally if you had any issues mounting it. I plan on using this info to make a comprehensive list of which camera/lens combinations work and which ones don't that way people can be a little more comfortable buying this lens for their cameras in the future. Hope you enjoyed the video :) Bye now!
