      Media only shows their common ground comments by studying your unfriendly and damaging comments to their civil society. Don't go there if you're not well behaved. Every nation have standards of human interaction, on social stratification. Briefly, on mentioning oilfield, I am looking out for my share in building the nations wealth and helping those left out in welfare system. Are you in the oil and gas business? What profession are you into? Could you help out in making a change to people's lives in Nigeria?

    I have always wondered why they use bagpipes in these state events. Bagpipes are foreign to Nigeria/Africa. No Nigerian president will ever be welcomed at any state event in Europe with Nigerian/African music or cultural performance. It’s quite mind boggling to see the continued exhibition of inferiority complex decades after the colonial masters supposedly left these countries. Shameful!

    • @CharlesOnikosi-ql5sb
      @CharlesOnikosi-ql5sb Před 8 měsíci

      It is mark if respect for the federal republic of Nigeria, and ceremonial welcome for the Germany head of state, it serves both significant purposes. Rare occasions would you have a German minister pay attention to faltering Nigeria in view of corrupt scandals that have eaten into the fabric of society. This peaceful resolve of new nation, headed by President Tinubu is fast attracting Nigeria as a serious nation, with interest in international relations, in relation to humanitarian efforts to establish peaceful resolution to previously unheeded European security council mandate. Mind you, so much work have to be done by Nigeria to emerge as a nation of integrity in the corridor of international politics. The respect lavishly decorated on Nigeria in this visit by the Germany head of state is a positive turning point for growth, sustainability of its economic interests in bilateral deals, commitment to improve its human rights record, protection of womens and children rights against terrorism, stemming from neighbouring countries as we are currently witnessing the barbaric abuse of bombing on Gaza against civilians by the audacity of president Netanyahu, with regrettably pointless efforts of inviting it's allies to foot march to the drastic invasion of the Palestine. Human development index put Nigeria in an unevocably below average of Frontier nations , due to lack of accountability, or intentionally leveraged economic output. Now, that the precolonial events have been played out militarily, in other to reinvent it's new image on international comparison with great nations, the issues at stake with institutional Investors seem to be a long-term endeavour shift to Dubai financial capital of Persia. Macro economic restructuring in Nigeria as not improved the lives of the most in need. We are very proud of the Germans showing a great interest in Nigeria as a whole. Pleass be actively engaged in helping the people in need of your assistance,and less of blames and insults that gather nothing fruitful. Stay blessed by your positive contributions.

      @@CharlesOnikosi-ql5sb your long-winded and dizzying diatribe said nothing and definitely did not address the point of my remarks. No one is against welcoming dignitaries. The point was about doing it in our own Nigerian/African cultural ways. It smacks of total inferiority complex to keep using these colonial vestiges by a supposedly independent country. If we don't showcase our own cultural identity, no one will do it for us. Pay attention to what you are reacting to before blindly jumping in!

      @CharlesOnikosi-ql5sb Před 8 měsíci

      Nigeria doesn't have enemies, in my view. A country naturally loved worldwide for its cultural values, and sense of inclusion abroad. Nigerians living abroad have proven to be worthy of common sense in difficult situation, by their act of kindness, and ability to grow individually, except selfish lifestyle that we don't entertain. You learn to buy and sell from the age of 4, and you grow like that as life's hobby and interest, not gun punting over money matters. This channel is filled with security men at work to listen carefully on social media with damaging comments that could spread so fast against the country, or attract ignorant terrorist behaviours that are looking for opinions to justify their collective action against society,and it's people. If nothing worst than insults could only have a damaging effects on everyone, requires a second thought of appraisals before we become victims of our own ignorance. Respect at all times.
