How's that leak detector holding up? I bought a infrared Yellow Jacket not long ago. Less than a year and it hit the bucket !!
I opened it up and realized it had the same components as the Inficon D-Tek select. It's basically a D-Tek select in a YellowJacket shell. You know I was furious... Same sensor and all.
Seems like Inficon designs all the leak detectors because the Testo 316-3 that I also have is practically the inficon tek-mate.

It's doing fine, although I've only had this a few weeks. I'd say it's definitely worth it. Elitech actually sent me a video on how to replace one of the sensors. It's their own sensor, or at least it had their name stamp on it. I definitely like having the heated diode and inferred in one. Sometimes heated diode can give false positives, like on oil or foam. But with inferred you tend not to get false positives. Yeah, Yellow Jacket likes to re-brand some of their stuff for sure.

Unanswered questions. Horrible customer service. Call dollar store and ask for corporate phone number
