This is a good layout! I like the place to hang coats and the bench to remove footwear at the front entry, and one could do something similar at the back. The kitchen is large with sufficient counter space and plenty of cabinets. The master suite is quite spacious, and both bedrooms have good wardrobes, though I'm not keen on the glass doors on one of them. There is a separate laundry room. However, I'd have to do something about the TV over the fireplace. (I understand the problem, but this isn't a good solution.) This plan was well thought out.

I like the house. Question. Where is the water heater located along with furnace?
If, this to located in basement, where's the basement door?
Good questions. I always have problems with the dryer being against an interior wall because where does it vent? Laundry rooms need to have much more space and vent directly to an outside wall. Laundry rooms are also storage.
@@andysuber941It would be better if the dryer was against an outside wall-a lot easier to clean the exhaust and less fire risk.
An interesting house, but some big flaws. Entering into the dining room directly from outside is not welcoming nor energy efficient. The hall that technically from one side to the other is a large waste of space. There is a side porch. Expand into that for master bedroom. Make the en site the family bath, and move the back wall of the living room into that area. Create a vestibule at the front of the house, and let the laundry room function as vestibule/airlock for the back door.
How does 1 inquire about building
Don’t like the glass closet. Makes the room look cluttered. I like the tub but is the shower really usable? If you took the hallway out it would give you bigger living space. Really like the kitchen and living room.
Glass closet doors seem absolutely ridiculous! Closets are for practical storage, not display. I agree about the hallway. I’d much rather see a kitchen pantry, more living space, a linen closet, or general storage. I don’t use a bathtub so it could go away for me. Or, flip the bathrooms so that the tub would be available for children or guests.
