Mike Pompeo & CIA Sued for Spying on Americans Who Visited Julian Assange in Embassy in U.K.

  • Lawyers and journalists sued the CIA and former CIA Director Mike Pompeo Monday for spying on them while they met Julian Assange when he was living in the Ecuadorian Embassy in London, where he had political asylum. The lawsuit is being filed as Britain prepares to extradite the WikiLeaks founder to the United States, where he faces up to 175 years in prison for violating the Espionage Act by publishing classified documents exposing U.S. war crimes in Iraq and Afghanistan. We speak with the lead attorney in the case, Richard Roth, who details how a private security company stationed at the London Embassy unknowingly sent images from Assange's visitors' cellphones and laptops as well as streamed video from inside meetings to American intelligence. He says the offenses breach a range of client privileges and could sway a U.S. judge to dismiss the case if Assange is successfully extradited.

See how US politicians wanted Taiwan to be a democratic country how they wanted to keep it away from China's unification plans but what they are doing to Assange is no different from a communist style of trying to suppress freedom of speech and information. What Assange did the whole world need to know what the US had been doing to countries that will not follow what US wanted them to do. It looks like the US is under a dictatorship in the guise of democracy as evident in what the FBI did to former President Trump. This is all about those Americans who were subjected to being spied upon in visiting the Embassy.
If Richard Roth can do this where is the UK equivalent from all those legal professionals working on behalf of Assange who had documents stolen and were surveilled also. Is it that the CIA is American so only Americans can sue Americans? Yet the US Govt operates as if they have global jurisdiction.

Trump and Mike knew Assange hacked RNC and DNC but only released DNC emails. Which helped Trump win the election, like Putin had planned. But then they were scared that Assange would release RNC emails as well.... And whatever else he was holding back. The entire GOP are kompromats. So Mike ran an anti wiki leaks campaign calling them "hostile non-state intelligence" operation. That way people would stop trusting Julian/Wiki.

I am grateful Ms. Deborah Hrbek is speaking up. I hope this helps shed light that privacy isn't actually protected by the law verbatim. However, it's time to call out lawmakers and they make laws to protect privacy in clear concise legal verbiage. All the 4th amendment is the right against unreasonable searches and seizures. It does not protect the right to privacy verbatim. It's time for privacy laws to form and specify and define privacy.
