Epic film! Excited to see where she’s going next!
Man I gotta take a drive up to climb at Tahoe this season. What a view
I am from the old school and was never interested in competition climbing, but the way you explain it, it does sound exciting to have a crowd cheering for you. A different kind of pressure than what I am used to. I thought I needed to risk my life to get an authentic climbing experience. No doubt this trial by fire is a great character building experience, but at a certain point the risk is no longer justified. As JB said, you go to the mountain to get wisdom, and then one day, you realize you don't need the mountain anymore.
Then you realise, the mountain is metaphorical, the climb was the journey and the prize was the friends along the way. Nah I’m being silly but it’s really interesting reading your insight. Risking your life for a sport, you have to wonder if it’s worth it
probably one of the best climbs in California and what a crazy lore behind it
SO GOOD 🔥
waaahh!! tactics acquired 🤩
That cliff is below the road on the west shore? It looks familiar. I lived in tahoma for 7 years.
it’s cascade cliff, southwest of emerald bay
Awesome video, what a unique and cool experience to be able to take part in establishing routes. Also, is that the sister of Emily Harrington?

"I'm such a complete novice when it comes to outdoor climbing"

If watching @betaclimbers has taught me anything, it’s: wear a helmet!
Do you need to take a diversity course to climb there?
Sorry to be "that guy" but coming from a trad background I don't like to see so much bolting... 😢
