I think they mean about the first Uk v World season which did not feature one and then we only had Anita who I love but was like her first season, out early. Hopefully Hannah can make it to the finals or at least rack up wins and get Pangina'd near the end.

I hate when people say there’s too many seasons, but the international seasons are for those countries not necessarily for the US viewers. When people complain it makes me worried that some countries might start to be left out of that representation
I agree with you, but I think when some people say that, what they mean is that they want each season to get a proper amount of shine before another one airs. So if we have 18 seasons of drag race airing at once, then one's going to get lost in the mix. But it's normal for there to be overlap and as you said, not everything is just for US and UK viewers!!
@@kellygreengables3936 you missed my point, the 18 seasons aren’t meant for us. At max it would 2-3 season for the US allstars and drag race. Any other season is not meant for US viewers however they are available for the US viewers. Those shows are meant for the countries they air in. Like if you think of the show shameless it has multiple country versions but I’m not gonna watch anything but the US one same with Big Brother I don’t watch any other seasons but the US one. It’s great people are interested in the international drag races but if you feel over whelmed don’t complain about all the season just watch the ones in your country

I wouldn't mind shorter all-star seasons if the theme was focused, like "queen of all sewing queens", acting queens, dancing queens, improv queens. Something like the sewing and dancing-focused competition would be more open to competitors who may be hampered by not being as fluent in English as they would need to be for acting or comedy challenges, evens the playing field more.

@R.j🥶 I picked those mainly yes, because of TR but also fan reception. Literally until this video I forgot Tynomi existed. These seasons tend to favour queens who were "robbed" according to fans.

I kinda hope Mera brings them back for a review once the season gets going because I would love to see both their reactions to these queens competing and who theyre living for. UK Vs 1 and Canada VS made me enjoy Jimbo and Iceis and Pangina for the first time.

Thailand Season 2 is still my favourite Franchise. In Holland we are used to subtitles, and after a while you hardly notice it because it was so entertaning...👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

I love these wild card seasons. AS6 Is one of my favourite seasons because we didn't have a clear cut winner until Kylie was crowned. Every episode was a new adventure. I am excited for this cast.
i don’t understand why we are already back in the UK. are the “vs the world” series just gonna bounce between UK and Canada?? i figured we would bounce around to a lot more countries before returning to UK.
also, these girls are a lot stronger than me cuz no way in hell would i join a competition (where i’m expected to spend a lot of time and money preparing for) where there is no cash prize. yeah yeah yeah we get the whole BBC thing, but why can’t WOW foot the bill? just SOMETHING cuz these queens deserve better.

OMG! This season gave me queens I really wanted to see compete again:
1. Keta Minaj (she was ROBBED)
2. Hannah Conda (I thought she should've won)
3. La Grande Dame (sooo adorable)

My initial impression is a top four of Miz Cracker, Hannah Conda, Keta Minaj and most likely Choriza May, but then there’s so many in there that could do really well, and we just don’t know, Jonbers, Ru loves her, Gothy, she’s had such a glow up since we last saw her, I haven’t watched Phillipines yet (I will now) but there’s another finalist from there, Scarlet has the capacity to do well if she finds that groove, her runways are already great, Tynomi could be such a wild card and La Grand Dame assuming her French humour translates to Ru, can kill it too.
The only queens I’m confident aren’t going to get to the top, sadly, are Gia Metric and Abby OMG, they feel like early ours to me on this season.

Three vs the worlds and still no DRSpain queens. The mistreatment of the BEST RATED Drag Race franchise is unbelievable. What about Killer Queen, Inti, The Macarena, Diamante, all of them speak fluent english so I really don’t understand it.
PS: it could be that the DR Spain haven’t accepted bc doing drag in Spain is almost impossible and you can’t earn as much money as in the UK or US, but if Grande Dame can be there, why not any Spanish queen?

It could be language issues. They might not be able to speak English, or feel confident enough to compete in English. Remember, there are no queens from France, either.
Drag Race Espana is having their own All Stars coming up so that’s probably why they weren’t asked to be on any of the Vs The World seasons

Love you Mera, but the guests were really quiet and didn’t really give any input other than “oh I follow her and like her on Instagram”, it’s not really entertaining to watch. I skipped most of the video since there wasn’t much discussion happening. Guests like these remind me how much I miss Scarlet in your videos.

Honestly I don't know why the queens bother with UK vs the world since theres no prizes. The only ones that might get something out of this series is the international queens since most english speakers probably didn't watch the non english seasons and it gets them a new audience
Personally I see top 4 of Cracker, Marina, Keta and Hannah but since it's 'UK' vs the world, at least 1 of the UK queens is top 4, I personally see it being Jonbers since ru is judging and I think she would take the spot of Hannah.

I don't mind reading subtitles (I do it with most of what I watch), but the localization just always seems ... off. And distorted. That's my primary problem with it. Second is that the show is so visual, I feel like I'm missing that aspect when I have to read. I've given up on those franchises, which has the bonus side effect of my not being overwhelmed by so much Drag Race.
Yes omfg the Drag Race France english subtitles make it pretty much unwatchable if you don’t know french. That’s the only reason I haven’t watched DRF yet, the subtitles on wow+ are garbage.
I , LOVE Scarlet Envy. She is amazing and didn't get her chance to shine on All Stars 6, I also think she won the lipsync during her original season, I loved how she performed the song and her take on it considering she's definitely NOT a dancer 😂

Mera, I dont know if it is true, but once I read something about WOW always selling the drag race formats in a 2 seasons bundle (wich also explains The Switch form Chile, Drag Race Holland and Thailand being cancelled after season two) so maybe thats why UK vs The World 2 is happening. So maybe Canada vs 2 is coming too?

What I like, unlike all previous all stars or vs the world, not a single queen is from the same season even the ones from the same country
I disagree. I think it is much stronger cast than Canada VS. The World. There are 6 queens who made to the final. Another 2 that were in top 4 (outside the final eposide Keta and Gia). And it seems that this plays on stronger players from other countries than US, UK, and Canada.
I’m assuming they keep the first seasons of the vs the world so short so they don’t run into an AS1 situation again. WOW was only given six or seven episodes after they already cast the whole season because it was seen as a “new” show. A second season of a show would already have its ratings and views in so they could probably pitch for more episodes a lot easier. I’d assume that’s why they jumped back to UK so soon as well.
The season hasnt started filming yet, the reliability of this list is basically none.
