D.A.B Farm is such an underrated deck. It can be lightning fast or grind value in the mid to late game. Easily a top tier deck.
I love how good Alex is with Kinnan. I swear that deck has no right to win as much as he does with it, excited to watch him pilot Kinna any chance I get
I had the pleasure to play against Alex on Spelltable once, much like this episode, the pod witnessed his vast knowledge of pioleting Kinnan.

I'm pretty sure that with Grafdigger's Cage, Lurking Predators revealing a creature card leaves it on top of the library and does not have the option to move it to the bottom. The option to move a card to the bottom of the library is only if the revealed card is not a creature card, not just if you don't put the card into play.

Yo I really like how you guys did the Border with the players name. It was would FREAKING COOL if you guys highlighted whosever turn it actually was. It would make it even easier to follow. Even further, imagine adding like what phase they were in on the side bar or something, I dont know how much work that would be, but that would like push the graphics to the next level, no one else doing that.

Yes since it’s not a creature entering and you’re not casting the spell in the graveyard.
5:04 Why didn't Alex wait until Ashani's end step to cast Cyclonic Rift?
Same question, the only reasoning I can see is waiting could mean Anthony could get a whole bunch of sac stuff during his turn and easily replay dargo? This way, he can't have a whole heap of cost reductions during his turn and continue to combo off potentially.
So the rift was to reset the board, and get value off lurking predators. I figured that my opponents had interaction but were less likely to use it if it meant cursed totem would be back out before my next turn.
At 6:30, wouldn't Alex be forced to put Thorn Mammoth into play off the Lurking Predators?

At 11:07 Ashani has 4 lands and a signet in play for a total of 5 mana. He cast shorkai for only 3 mana (yet is 4cmc), leaving 2 open to top plus active shorkai. Am I missing something?
You seem to be correct... I didn't notice any extra mana sources or reductions that would otherwise explain the open mana.
I wonder what the thought process is there. I could understand mistaking it for a mana crypt, but he did tap it and a land the turn prior to cast cursed totem.

He didn't want lurking predators to go online. Graft cage was keeping it off

Grafdigger's Cage made it impossible for it to put the creatures from it onto the battlefield anyway, so the only purpose left was effectively a Scry 1 whenever someone played a spell.
Try learning how Grafdigger's Cage works.
@@Ellie-bs5zq while this may be true, if there's a creature on top that he can't put into play, he can't put it on the bottom of his library, which he was doing. Lurking predators only lets you put the card on the bottom if you don't reveal a creature, not if you don't put it into play
@@dominicbehney4989 That's fair. Hadn't read the card in detail, assumed it'd be "If it's a creature card, you may put it onto the battlefield. If you don't, you may put that card on the bottom of your library." which is probably how it'd be worded if the card had been made recently.
