I feel we should do a dark/violent cinematic for the next episode... any ideas?

Not that I know of
All I can think of are Starcraft 2 Legacy of the void cinematics but their only epic with some of them kind of sad but it doesn't hit you right in the feels
Also don't ask why I still like Starcraft even after all these years it's a great game and I love it
I´m thinking some of the Dead by Daylight killer cinematics. The Twins trailer and the Legion trailer are pretty good.
Deus Ex: Mankind Divided has an incredible cinematic that feels like a movie more than a game.
if you want something dark - few of the animated shorts from World of warcraft get pretty dark.
Warbringers: Azshara
Warbringers: Sylvanas
Harbingers: Gul'dan
Harbingers: Illidan
In my opinion the darkest ones: Lords of war part 1 to 5
how about the " Halo Wars 2 " cinematics?
Halo Wars 2 E3 Official Trailer and Cut scenes.
He's not ready for the shadowbringers cinematic
Hell, even Illidan was not prepared.
No one was ready
hes not ready for the endwalker cinematic
@@Loguemaster123 thats because they havnt released the full trailer yet 🤣
He is going to lose his shit with the Shadowbringers full Trailer.
its actually the 3th cinematic of FF14. The 2nd is the Heavensward Cinematic
It's 3rd
3rd
I'll be the 3th comment and say 3rd 🤣
He skipped the first cinematic, watched the second, skipped the third fourth and fifth, this is the sixth cinematic.
More like 5th, maybe 6th 😆
'it did not have the emotional impact'
That was basically Stormblood in a nutshell right there.
OOF.
Also, this is true.
Same with Heavensward
Holy shit, just got hot in here for some reason. 😏
@Sigritus Yeah, that's kind of the vibe that I got. Stormblood may not have packed the emotional gut punches Shadowbringers did, but it introduced several important characters and zones, and essentially did everything but the emotional storytelling (Edit: Except for 4.3 oof). It's still integral in its own way, and was enjoyable, so I'm far from saying I dislike it. It's just that stories like Shadowbringers are going to resonate with me more on an emotional level, and that's alright.
Since politics and geography are more established now, as Endwalker comes around, I personally hope that EW can be the desperate emotional war story that SB wasn't. :P
Its a matter of personal taste. I liked Stormblood way more than Heavensward.
This is definitely one of the openings with the best music, but wait until you get to Shadowbringers... 👀
Since you're a FF fan, I definitely recommend playing the game too by the way! Every person who tried it ended up liking it more than most of the offline games.
Sooo... Music producer vs Filmmaker collab?
Shut up!!! Alex
I think it's important to know, that SE tends to use the expansion trailers to reveal new content to the public coming in that expansion. Before the trailer only Ala Mhigo (the stone desert area) was known to be a venue for the expansion, so the reveal of a whole new (eastern) continent was a very big surprise - also the Samurai Job was "announced" with this trailer (hence the first shot on the hilted Katana).
Don't forget all the debate and speculation on who the blonde girl was at the time and whether she was another monk or if she was the introduction of Dancer job.
yeah flames of truth was more like an introduction to the new phase of the game, while the other 3 were more to show the new content. actually my only problem with Stormblood cinematics is that Heavensward and Shadowbringers have a lot of plot in them, introducing the next step in the story, but stormblood is basically only introduction to content.
Agreed. Being able to go underwater was also new with this expansion, and that's why they showed the underwater city. It was very exciting at the time.
If I may, I'd like to share with you what many 1.0 veteran players have shared with me when it comes to watching the cinematics...
1. Final Fantasy XIV Online: Cinematic Trailer (1.0, where it all began)
2. FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn - End of an Era (End of 1.0, when the servers got shut down)
3. FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn - A New Beginning (2.0 Re-launch trailer including the previous "End of an Era" then goes into ARR showing us what happens to the characters that got teleported)
4. FINAL FANTASY XIV - Flames of Truth (includes "End of an Era", shows us what happens on the battlefield after the characters are teleported away)
5. Heavensward (Expansion #1 to A Realm Reborn)
6. Stormblood (Expansion #2, and the video we are currently watching you react to)
7. Shadowbringers (Lastest and current expansion, #3) ********Highly recommend watching the others first*********
8. Endwalker (Upcoming expansion #4, only a teaser has been released, we all await the full trailer!!)
Hope you enjoy it! :)
It’s A realm reborn , Heavensward, Stormblood, Shadowbringers. Coming soon is Endwalker
Don't forget the 1.0 trailer. It's still worth checking out!
all the cinematics are fire.
End fail
the monk and the samurai are actually the same character, the warrior of light. or, at least the stand in, because technically the players are the warrior of light, so this guy is supposed to be us. he changes jobs/classes/roles/etc to match the theme and location of each expansion. he started off as an archer in 1.0, then switched to warrior (axe wielding tank) in 2.0, dragoon/lancer in 3.0, monk and samurai in 4.0, dark knight (sword wielding tank) in 5.0, and according to the teaser trailer for endwalker, 6.0, switches to paladin, a sword and shield wielding tank.
He is also affectionately referred to as Derplander by the player base, since he's a Hyur(human) Midlander according to the character creation.
Do all of them next please!
Heavensward -> Stormblood -> Shadowbringer -> Endwalker
I’m pretty interested to see the heavensward reaction, and the shadowbringers reaction after that. I’m sure tons of people have said this is the 3rd cinematic for the ffxiv series, and that both the monk from the first half and the samurai in the second half are the same character as the axe wielding warrior from the first cinematic
Been a player of the game since Ver1.0 before the ARR release, and every time I watch one of the opening cinemas I still get goosebumps, the game is that good. Square Enix has really put heart and soul into this game and I thank them and all of their staff for it.
I think your Final Fantasy Reactions are my favorite ones actually. Really like the excitement about your favorite game franchise :D
And even tho you don't play MMO's really you should give 14 a try sometime. It's Singleplayer Component is really strong and you might start liking the MMO group aspect
once you get in touch with it. The community is super friendly and helpful aswell which is not really common these days in other games really x)
Hey Chris! Quick warnings: 1, you skipped the heavensward trailer and 2, DO NOT watch the endwalker teaser after ur done with shadowbringers, as they always release a more complete version of the teasers later on. Wait for the Endwalker full trailer to come out, it has all the teasers scenes in it. Love ur vids! :)
In order, the expansions were released > A realm reborn > Heavensward > Stormblood > Shadowbringers. So cinematics where in that order, it doesn't matter too much tho :)
This cinematic was also designed to reveal some new game areas and the ability to swim and the new Samurai job. So the main guy is meant to represent your character in the game, they use the same model in every cinematic.
I've been waiting... like keep refreshing your channel, for THIS!! i love to learn new things that you breakdown especially FFXIV. Thankyou Chris
Storm of blood, formed from blood, of our fallen brothers... 😭
Borne upon our hands
Cradled in our arms
Swelling in our hearts
When watching an FFXIV trailer, you have to keep in mind what they wanted to do: hype up the existing fan-base, reveal content, encourage speculation and introduce the themes of the next expansion.
The studio once stated that they take great care when it comes to outfits and attacks since that's what most players are drawn towards. The trailers are fan-service first, story-telling second.
Love your breakdown of the distortion effects in the battle of the two monks. It's such a quick thing but has so much impact.
I guess even tho Heavenswards is a really good xpac, there is not that much to its cinematic trailer but YOU TOTALLY HAVE TO DO SHADOWBRINGERS NOW
Definitely, shadowbringers is the most epic of the franchise
Heavensward cinematic is much better than Stormblood imo
Heavensward is still good, it just won't have the same impact for someone who hasn't played the game and understands what some of the scenes are showing from the end of Realm Reborn. But it still somewhat tells a mini story of the Warrior of Light changing from Warrior to Dragoon. And that Warrior, Dragoon, Monk, Samurai progression does come up in the Shadowbringers trailer (shame they forgot his origins as an archer!).
Still, it would be way cooler to see Chris do the full series.
1.0 Trailer
2.0 A Realm Reborn
2.x Flames of Truth (already done)
3.0 Heavensward (Chris, if you read this, that FF16 team is largely the team that did Heavensward's story, etc)
4.0 Stormblood (here)
5.0 Shadowbringers
6.0 Endwalker (Only teaser is out now, or first half of the trailer - wait til May for the full trailer)
Honestly, if you watch them all in order, they still somewhat string together the story, albeit without the context of having played to understand the full scope.
@@ninjafoxgamesgeekery I wholeheartedly agree with this, couldn't have said any better.
@@ninjafoxgamesgeekery At the very start of the Shadowbringers trailer the MC is walking with a bow, which is destroyed by the first attack of the enemy so they did not forget that he was an archer.
you should watch FFXIV shadowbringers next. its the current expansion and considerd one of the best mmo stories, the trailer is super hype too
Can't wait for the full Endwalker trailer
@@SquidmanMalachar gonna shower us all with chills again, indeed can't wait!
@@SquidmanMalachar man same but I'm still trying to get through shadowbringers but my armoury and inventory is kinda bugging me🤣.
The male Monk and the Samurai is indeed the protagonist. The same person. He is the representation of us. The player. The Warrior of Light.
So the male Monk in the beginning and the Samurai after the map are the same person, The Warrior of Light. Stormblood tells a really unique story in two very different geographical locations and the Warrior of Light changes 'jobs' between the West and the East but Monk and Samurai were chosen obviously to highlight the Female character (a former Scion and leader of the Ala Mhigo Resistance in their 'secret' base) and Samurai screams East Asia.
YES, keep the FFXIV coming.
As seems to have become a tradition, here's a quick recap of what's going on here, for the lovely folks who haven't had the time to play the game.
The first thing I have to note is that unlike the Flames of Truth cinematic, which came at the end of A Realm Reborn and was tying up threads, these are all trailers. So they're foreshadowing or teasing content that was coming, rather than giving the full story of what's happening like that one. The only thing I can say is that the central themes of Stormblood are "Liberation" and "Homecoming".
In-story, this cinematic probably takes place about 2/3 through the expansion so there's going to be a few spoilers, but mostly in vague terms.
Let's just say for an explanation that it's been some time, and the Garlean XIVth Legion in Eorzea was defeated, in that time the Warrior of Light (the PC) worked to strengthen the city-states of the Eorzean Alliance, but after a series of events took place that basically forced the Alliance back into an open conflict with the Garlean Empire, this time to the east to try and liberate a former member state of the Alliance from Garlean rule.
The first part of this cinematic takes place in Ala Mhigo, sorta like if feudal era Turkey meshed with Shaolin monks. It starts in a resistance camp at a location known as Rhalgr's Reach, named after the Ala Mhigan patron god, Rhalgr the Destroyer. Of the member states of the Eorzean Alliance, Ala Mhigo used to be the strongest city-state, but prior to the start of 1.0, it experienced a massive civil war which weakened the nation enough to be invaded by Garlemald. Historically that nation was known for two things. Legions of expert lancers, and monks in an order called "The Fist of Rhalgr." Those monks used to train in the mountains and near the statue of their god, so the Warrior of Light and Lyse (the woman in red) are sparring while the rest of the resistance is preparing the heavy equipment down below, just before the final attempt to seize the capital city from its occupiers.
The second part of the cinematic though features the transition across the map, showing a few notable things. The first of which is the macro scale view of the game's world, including locations like Eorzea, Garlemald in the distance and then finally Othard and Doma, which is the opposite side of the world on a different continent which is much more heavily inspired by Japanese folklore and customs than the base game.
At the time this trailer dropped, we as players knew about the liberation of Ala Mhigo, it had been set up all the way back in 1.0, on through ARR and Heavensward. However, we had no idea that we'd actually be getting to Doma and trying to liberate it at the same time.
In-story, we had only really heard about it a few times beforehand when talking to refugees who fled during their last attempted revolution. We sheltered those refugees personally, because none of the city-states of Eorzea could handle supporting them on top of the already sizable number of Ala Mhigan refugees. They're close friends to the Warrior of Light and the Scions of the Seventh Dawn (our closest group of allies) because we helped them when no one else could, or would, and now we've helped them reclaim their homeland.
We capitalized on the tension in Ala Mhigo to wrest control of Doma back first, and that's why all these characters are in this city. Doma is free, and they're beginning to head back to finish the job in Eorzea, with their friends from the far east like the two characters standing on the wall, friends who are now repaying us for all the trouble we went through on their behalf by coming to the aid of a nation on the other side of the world.
Dude, I love FFXIV. I have loved all your breakdowns of their cinematics and am stoked to watch this one!! I'd love to see you watch the Shadowbringers expansion cinematic too!
You really need to see the Shadowbringers and Endwalker trailers. They're so amazing
Don't do endwalker yet because the full trailer isn't out yet, just the incomplete teaser because some aspects of the expansion are still a secret
Chris, my man, I hate to say you totally skipped Heavensward cinematic trailer: it comes before this one, because it was the 1st expansion to the game after its reboot. And even if Shadowbringers cinematic would totally fill the quota of "dark/violent cinematic", I urge you to go watch the other one first, so you have the whole story between Flames of Truth/A Realm Reborn and this one.
Of all the CZcamsr who watch/review game trailers you are the most knowledgeable one I know and enjoys watching them. Reminded me of film class I took when I was majoring in animation
I usually think of Stormblood as the lesser of the FFXIV cinematics, but I do love that final shot over Kugane with the Stormblood theme playing.
i am so hype for hims eeing the shadow bringers and end walker ones
Shadowbringers is so damn good, I can’t wait for you too check that out.
Shadowbringers is a must see! The best yet!!! Can't wait to see your reaction to that cinematic!
By the way the guy is the main protagonist aka us the player (both the guy on the mountain with the girl and the samurai). In ff14 your character can be all classes simultaneously, so in each expansion trailer they feature new or old jobs depending on the story, the MC keeps his face but outfits/classes and hairstyles change. :)
The last part of the trailer, when the travelling camera fly by with the epic music made me install the trial of this game. Dont know why but the choir at the end kinda gets me tearyeyed for no reason at all.
Enjoy the journey, it's well worth it.
Pull up the Stormblood theme "Revolutions" and check out the lyrics.
One kingdom's fall is another kingdom's freedom
One sovereign's war is another sovereign's peace
One mother's pride is another mother's sorrow
Their tears both soak the land that they love
The march part is really good. It’s supposed to evoke that feeling of uniting under one banner.
the guy is called warrior of light it represent you as a player your role in the story of the game
He's also the default character when you make new character in game, before you customize it, in-game it would be your character in his place (noted that sparing with Lyse does happen in game but I don't think we're shown it, Lyse being the lady in red shown in this trailer).
Sonic Boom - a sound associated with shock waves created when an object travels through the air faster than the speed of sound. When that object reaches the speed of sound, air cannot readily move out of the way and a shock wave is formed. - just giving you an idea of the kind of fight you saw :P
I love that you made the "don't worry guys it's not a T-rex" joke, because OF COURSE a filmmaker would make that joke.
Well.. on your discussion at 15:00, the camera shake is meant for the audience to feel what it would be like taking the hit. The great part is the non-flinching character to show how he resisted it.
You just made my day!
About the Map... only the very center of the western part of the Map existed in the original game, the 1st expansion Heavensward added to the north and then this 2nd expansion Stormblood added to the east and even farther east beyond the clouded area. And yeah the Map is HUGE, beautiful and you can fly and dive. Actually the Map of the original game is divided into much smaller parts because it was originally not possible to fly there and then the maps just got so much bigger in the expansions, it's awesome
These cutscenes still give me goosebumps....... So many memories/feels tied up into FFXIV over the years. 😭😱😎😬😯
You were pretty much correct assuming that the samurai guy is 'the main character'. SE uses that one particular Highlander Hyur (one of the more human basic races) as the main PC insert character.
He's the Warrior of Light to represent us. He's the warrior from the other cinematic you saw first. In this he is also the monk at the start as well as the samurai later. You'll see him as a young and starry-eyed archer in the official 1.0 cinematic and you'll follow him around in the Heavensward, Shadowbringer and Endwalker videos.
His face has gotten a more emotional attachment for everyone playing the game since Shadowbringer, though. :)
*Watches Town guards get demolished*
*contented sigh*
*everything falls apart*
"Perfection"
A few have said do the Shadowbringers one next and I agree. But also do Heavensward as well since you accidentally skipped it. And even then, should do the 1.0 cinematic as well. By then, we might have the full cinematic trailer for 6.0 Endwalker, which we'll see in May, before the game releases sometime July/August. The end of the saga that started in 1.0, but then the beginning of the new saga, whatever that will be. I've never been more excited for a game's future than I have with XIV.
he's gotta see the shadowbringers one man
Cant wait to see your reaction to Final Fantasy XIV Shadowbringers! xD
Whats amazing about these cinematics are these are all locations you can go to ingame and see
The samurai in red is the Main Character, the same guy fighting as Monk with Lyse before in the first cinematic, he's just changed jobs.
You have to see the trailer for Endwalker... Like really ! :O
unlike the first one you reacted which is purely on story-based cinematic (story of ending of 1.0 and old man part unlock after certain raid). this one is more like a trialer to introduce the patch.
It shown two new areas, city hub of that area and new classes that introduced at that time (monk and samurai). There is a little bit of story-based stuff going on here but very little unlike the first one you watched. SquareEnix really put in detail of everything they want to show of next incoming patch to these trailers since Heavensward.
btw, this trailer is 3rd of all trailers. If you want to go by chronological order this is the list:
1. A Realm Reborn (1st is same to Flame of Truth but 2nd half is not old man part)
1.5 Flame of Truth
Monk was already in the game, red mage and samurai were the SB jobs. Actually the fight with the girl in red stirred up to rumors, that they would introduce dancer to the game - which then happened to come one exp later
You forget the 1.0 trailer, which is still valid. It introduces the Warrior of Light as an adventurer, archer, and shows aspects of the Garlean invasion and the dragons' battling over Silvertear Lake.
Like @Jeff NinjaFox says, 1.0 trailer also shows how Mor Dhona came to look the way it did in 1.0 and still does to this day. It also has interesting lore and implications that still carry over to the game today.
How about doing final fantasi xiv shadowbringers trailer next, please~?
In terms of chronological Cinematic Trailer Release as far i know: (Names You can find the Trailers on CZcams):

PS: The Character you see in all the Trailer is the same Person also called Meteor, representing the Player as the Warrior of Light.
Can't wait to see your reaction to the Shadowbringers trailer
♥️Thanks♥️
this reaction is great, very insightful observations, but did you know there was a cinematic before stormblood called heavensward? id love to see your reaction to that one as well. :)
WoL looks so unbelievably good in this trailer.
The guy from the fist fight as well as the samurai at the end are the same guy and the representation of the main character/playable character
You have to do Shadowbringers Cinematic!!!!! Best FFXIV cinematic!
Something cool that's worth noting is that Monk actually is a class in the game, so while of course they have to add in new moves and stuff there are specific forms and posing from the fighting style of that class that you can pick out in this trailer. Like you've got Snap Punch referenced in the opening moveset from Lyse, we get a literal use of meditation, then Lyse goes after the player character with a Dragon Kick (which is actually the next move in the combo). After that we get a flurry of blows that doesn't seem to match up with anything, but I'd buy that Lyse used Form Change and this is meant to be Demolish. And then while it's not 1-to-1 at all, the player character seems to use True Strike, which is a straight single punch move, before Lyse responds by dashing in with another Snap Punch. Which doesn't fit with the actual combo sequence in-game, but it is cool to see because even if you don't know anything abut Monk, we've seen her practice this move before. It would honestly make more sense for them to use Shoulder Tackle since it's a move that actually does let the player rush in like that, but it fits well enough because the player has to catch her arm for the next sequence to work.
But yeah, really cool touch. They could have thrown in backwards spinning kicks or throws or any kind of stuff, but they went with moves that were similar enough to the game that they're recognizable mid-fight.
what I like about this trailer is that it made a bunch of people think Dancer was in this expansion
Oh man, the Hype and subsequent heartbreak was real for so many haha xD
Hi Chris is it possible for you to make tutorials on how to use camaraderie angles and get cinematic angles? Thanks
The Samurai mega-attack that split the bullets was Limit Break, it's an actual attack and it looks even cooler in game.
Nice I hope you'll do Heavensward and Shadowbringers expansion trailers as well! Endwalker is the expansion coming out later this year but only a teaser is out, the full trailer will probably be out sometime in May so I'd wait for that one.
You should check out the Teaser Trailer for Endwalker
SWEET! Chris is back! but what happened to the guy with the glasses?
I'm really glad you enjoyed that opening cutscene for Stromblood. As a constant player and avid square enix fan this was one of the best scenes they could have made. The fighting and the sword play in it was amazing and, in my opinion, perfect. I assume anyone who wishes to play the game do so with a bit of patience. It's not an in your face slasher. It's story based and it's never been better with current expansion. Everyone currently is looking forward to Endwalker.
Man, you skipped the one for Heavensward, please don't forget it, it is awesome 😎. Also you need to watch Heavensward in order to get everything for the fourth one which is Shadowbringers.
"It's like... mini tokyo"... and Urashima Taro goes on turning in his grave.
You're almost correct in that the guy shown in the trailer (both as the samurai and the martial artist earlier on) is the MC of the game. FFXIV story is built so that the player is always the main character, but since that can't well be translated into the trailers, they've used this midlander male since the original 1.0 cinematics as a player stand-in.
I'd highly recommend checking out the recent FFXIV commercials, not really for reaction videos but rather because they're really funny and handle the did-you-know-about-ffxiv-free-trial meme a lot better than us in the comment section ever could lol
Could you please share those awesome wallpapers that you make for each game reaction? Its so beautiful!
Shadowbringers cinematic is the next you should watch!!!
Hope you come back with some outstanding tutorials
Please also watch Heavensward and Shadowbringers!!
i cant wait till we have the whole endwalker trailer just to see you react to it
Inb4 Chris is now debating to play Monk or Samurai. Also, react to the Shadow Bringers trailer it has a lot of feels to it.
I'm SO waiting for your reaction at Shadowbringer's trailer
*Warrior of Light pops on screen*
*Hey everybody, this is Kei from AsianBoss*
You should see the Shadowbringers opening cinematic.
You have the watch the Shadowbringers one, it's the best one.
as for ff14 cinematics i would love to see you react to heavensward and shadowbringers one and hopefully on may once it comes out the full one for endwalker I dont consume much media but i love watching your reactions and break downs of these cinematics and your explanations on how its done.
Interesting choice to skip heavensward
Also if you're looking for a dark, visceral cinematic trailer to react to, I just watched the cinematic trailer for The Callisto Protocol. A lot of people are calling this the spiritual successor to Dead Space so far. Course time will tell if it's good.
Bruh I been begging for these breakdowns for months..but I beg you, please do them in order 🤣😂 a real reborn & heavensward. Lol
My favorite cinematic is honestly Heavensward. Me and my brother immediately download the free trial after watching the cinematic, its so damm cool.
Heavensward Trailer and Shadowbringers Trailer next! They are both my favourite Cinematic Trailer of the game!
For context, Stormblood is about revolution. A war to free two nations, both depicted in the cinematic, from the grip of the empire, and pushing them back out of their lands. That's why the music swells into something inspirational, motivational, by the end; "liberty or death" is the theme of the expansion. It's essentially a war drama; lots of players preferred Heavensward over this one because it was a fantastical story about elves, dragons and kings, but if war dramas are your thing it's a really good expansion.
Right on the money, Heavensward is definitely medieval gothic high fantasy setting/story, contrasting with Stormbloods across continents war drama setting/story.
I know you mostly do reacts for digital animation, but there is another animation for overwatch that was done in 2D with Doomfist, Genji, Winston and Tracer that I think you'd enjoy! It's Doomfist's origin story and is only about 2 minutes. But it's got a cool fight scene!
Even if you don't make a video you should check it out for yourself!
My OCD is screaming at me for you not following "Flames of Truth" with the Heavensward cinematic. Still pretty awesome!
The one trailer to rule them all. Blizzard is no #2 , even in trailers.
Hey, I know what you can analyze next time. There is a cool cinematic "Fortress" from the russian CGI filmmaker Dima Fedotov. I don't know if the CZcams will let me give a link, so it will be in the comment below. And he has also made another cinematic "The last day of war". Both cinematics are pretty cool, despite the fact that the graphics are not so good.
P.s Or won't give a link... And sorry for my poor english.
You really must do the FFXIV Shadowbringers cinematic(one for the current expansion). The previous ones are good, but that one is on another level imo.
I believe the monk in the beginning was the MC for the story.
You totally have to do the heavens ward and shadowbringers cinematic!!
Well shocked you didnt go straight into heavenward from arr. So I would go with that next. As for how many you got left it's 3 Heavensward, Shadowbringers, and End Walker from the ff trailers.
"Don't worry guys, it's not a T-rex."
Those guys would be like "T-rex? I sleep. Behemoth, Dragon or Warmachina? Real shit."
I still enjoy the fact that the CP in this cinematic is a monk. Each one seemed to have the CP in a different class each time.
you should check heavensward and shadowbringers, also the warrior from the flames of truth, the monk and samurai here is the same person. As he represents the player.
Oh, he has not seen Endwalker yet... He's gonna love it
My computer wouldn't turn on a couple weeks ago. Worked fine then I went to bed and the next day wouldn't even turn on! Luckily for me it was just a dead power supply. So a fairly cheap repair.
