This 2023 OPBR tier list is a simple guide to help you decide who to summon for and level up in OPBR! LISTEN TO MY THOUGHTS ON EACH CHARACTER. A lot of the characters can be interchanged but this is a general guide of who is better. Remember this is my opinion. Summon for who you want and enjoy #onepiecebountyrush !

Overall a solid tier list. There's a few thing I'd personally change(like swapping BM and Runner King) but otherwise its really good.
I wholeheartedly agree with this tier list, some people do not understand when arguing for their glass cannon units being low, Nobody is gonna let you have a combo on them for free in lb😂

For king and kaido I'd say king is the best traditional runner as in he just does what every other runner does better, and kaido has that cheezy back cap potential and can double as an attacker
I think there may be too many tiers now, it's a bit hard to follow where characters actually fall, and it makes S- and A tier look a lot worse at a glance (which a lot of people will probably skip ahead to and look at). Still, 41 minutes of Soul tier listing, I ain't complaining! 🙏🙏
Yeah a lot of people skip to the end and just start complaining. But anyone A tier and above is honestly really good

，I think the best way to correct the tier list is to think “can this unit contest with most of the ones above it?” And if the answer is yes, then that unit should be higher. Oni Nami for example can go toe to toe with most of the units in S class and above. And if the only exception is people who resist shock, then she’s already very top tier.

just started playing the game yesterday, made a lot of mistakes in the few hours of playing such as focusing on mihawk lol thanks to your videos, I managed to get uta on 3rd pull/ reroll. Don't think I'll try reroll for another XD

New king in 80 level can easily win Roger in max lvl
Hancock is at least A- in todays league bcuz there's a lot of Kings and Queens and she's pretty Tanky.
And I agree with Soul about Runners I'm a Defender/Runner main. Runners has way more value than Attackers bcuz they can literally clutch games, you can have 13kills and not win games and have 0kills but will win games bcuz you capped flags.
The fact that Oden is still playable today cements it that Runners are better especially EX runners they have more worth. Second would be defenders bcuz Attackers they get countered almost immediately by Bandai.
Most players forgetting OPBR is about capturing flags to win games. Gear 5 vs KLaw value though I'd have to go Gear 5 bcuz Gear 5 can just knock back KLaw and continue charging the treasure he can also charge it while fighting KLaw so it'll just reset KLaw capturing time everytime.
Bullet post buff is kind of a beast now, I’d say he deserves A-

I would put ex Yamato at S, idk why but I always solo with her.
I think dragon version of queen deserves Ss by runner king just because runners are insane plus queen going invisible is nice.

Feels like people underestimate Tesoro wayyyy too much. Yeah his shield is buggy at times but with good timing & skill, he's a beast. He's kept me in SS this whole time and I have no EX characters.
Keep in mind. A LOT OF UNITS ARE BEASTS WITH GOOD TIMING AND SKILL. like most of em.

Arguably this is the best tier list although i think bigmom is ss and king is s+ and zoro is just one of the characters that stay on top forever he is like the better roger

I’VE BEEN WAITING FOR
I had fight with Roger player who was in his full healt, I lead the fight and stacked my Def and Roger player health was 35/30% left and I knew he was few attack away and I missed my attack and Roger player sent one Kamisuri and my G5 was K.O, boy the frustration 😂
Note:- My G5 is 84.lvl and Roger was 100.lvl maybe because of level I lost.
Kid&Law has won me a game more then G5 the ultimate cheat is legal.
I have three powerful characters, Gear 5, Exe luffy, and Exe Yamato. I'm pretty satisfied with my characters, but it sucks that I can't use two luffys at the same time, I would be invisible. I just need Exe Zoro or Shanks to be more powerful.
None of the Luffy s have invisibility.
I agree only i would put oni brook higher like in s tier with above katakuri because rn he is the best bf defender

Bru my only usable character is Alber....i think i pulled him like 3 times and got him to level 83 besides that I ve got nothing good but I've have popular characters like Pedro,Jesus Burges,and katakuri( green defender) and Kuzan (green atker)
Tbh having kaido anywhere lower than doffy is crazy because kaido in the game could actually destroy doffy and most of the people you put in A+ putting defender kaido in A tier is kinda crazy and y’all sleeping on dog storm he kinda decent
Kaido one of the best defenders he can even defend all flags at once with his fire ball skill, the downplay is crazy 😊

Defender kaido is almost unplayable. Gear 5, Klaw, Fr shanks, Alber and queen all destroy him whitout breaking a sweat

All of them should AT LEAST be on A- or A

Soul literally puts the G5 as an SSS, but he's only great at defending, as an attacker he's rubbish and as a runner he's acceptable.
It says that Yamato Hibrido is better than the Runner, the Hibrido is extremely fragile, the Runner on the other hand is more tanky and her blows do a lot of damage and besides that she is an annoying runner to take off the flag.

You have underestimated Stampede Boa. I used her along with Gear 5 Luffy. She can still kill some powered characters especially the new Lunarian King. Haha 😅

When i summoned oni sanji i was gonna be little sad bcuz hes only lvl 60 but when i played a match with him BOOM mvp i was said that he go A+ i would put him to S+ or SS bcuz of his ifrit jambe i literally one shot gear 5 max lvl players💀
No way Bigmom is s+. Bigmom still one of the tankiest and hardest character to kill. I have no complain on red film Shanks. Hard to play now with Zoro and G5 around.
Olin does more damage than the G5, the G5 was only made to play away from the flag.
The Olin was made to really stop and does continuous damage.
Shanks Red reduces G5's health and he starts to see ships, Olin recovers and even laughs at Shanks.
klaw kills big mom way too easy like law disables her recovery then kidd just smash her with punk vise. As long as you disable the recovery of big mom shes pretty much a dead meat

Cracker, prime ray, v2 Yamato all sheit on Olin. She’s not that tanky, just hella heals
