first of all you have to get your kyc done in the branch and then you should apply for the new atm or else there is another solution you can inquire at your base branch where your account is the post department must have returned the atm to the base branch.
Agar tumhara age 21+ hai(calculate your age from your Birthday to 1st April 2024),to tum SBI PO k liye apply kar sakte ho ( Interview toh 2024 k baad hoga, tab tak toh tumhara result aa chuka hoga)

Online mocks are more than enough for reasoning and english, attempt sectional tests.
