I think I found the answer. I created a subtractive cylinder exactly like the original cylinder and it was done.

I very much appreciate your high level of skill in FreeCAd. However, if your are a teacher, I cannot follow your actions. You are clicking all over the place. This make it very difficult for your explanation. Please consider your audience, as they may not be as skilled as you, and would need more time for your explanation. regards
